Physician's Assistant is very close to the Doctor.

My PA in North Carolina has his own office; all though his supervising physicians name is on the front. The PA is pretty much in charge of his office. The front desk just had to call the Physician's office and get his permission to prescribe the medication.

Great job; They basically take the load off of a physician's back.
