Like the last judge Pat Leahy has already decided the issue BEFORE he hears the testimony. This man protected Sotomayer from any question that might not fit the liberal course. Listen to him. Do you think he can be impartial?? Sotomayer doesn't seem to believe in the constitution. Right to gun owership answer was avoided while I watched the hearings. Leahy is responsible for the thumbing of noses @ the Constitution.
