u have to pay for landlines calls but for other skype contacts calls are free. to call on landlines you have to buy skype credits this may sound bad but skype credits are very cheap.

no, it should work in other countries too, however you do need a wireless connection (WiFi) to use it. so if there is many location in your city that have free WiFi you can use it :)

y but with fring u can have skype, msn, aim ect... and not just the 1 it does have a better interface but i's still only 1 aplication instead of the multiple ones
