The Burj Dubai is actually 206 floors. On wikipedia it has a floor plan. Floors 139-154 are the top permanently inhabited floors. floor 155 is mechanical, floors 156-159 in transmission and floors 160-206 are for mechanical purposes.
just seems like a weird place to put a supertall. new york, tokyo, hong kong, chicago, shanghai but not in that desert. just my opinion. the building is beautiful though!
