worked perfect for me on itouch3G ios 5.0.1. but instead of ssh'ing to the phone i just plugged it in and used ifunbox to transfer the file.at first i thought it didnt work becuase it was showing me 111 free ram and thats what it used to show me before i added the file.so then i open sbsettings and hit free memory then it froze for 1 minute and the springboard restarted..and like magic now it shows me 210 free ram when im not doin anythin and 135 while rainbow six is running .

@sk8erdude9263 this thing is not worth it. what happens is it loads something it would need to use much faster into the flash based memory then when it trys to find it in the actual ram it simply crashes...mine is similar...mine sits here and pauses for a few seconds. i didn't notice a real speed increase either...soooo yeah.

@Annntonnni i tried it and now there is a recurrent graphics glitch when i load ipod(the status bar flickers green stripes and the now playing track flashes for 2-3 seconds) and it was taking a long time to exit apps(and it would take almost 45 seconds if i ran free up memory in sbsettings), so turned back to "idevice ram" on sinfuliphone. I liked the .plist mod(most things were sped up by the mod but it seemed sketchy). CONTINUED IN NEXT POST DOWN.

@Annntonnni you really don't need to restore. if you want to remove it you need either iFile/ iFunbox/ or an ssh client such and you need to go to the directory system/library/launchdeamons and delete com.apple.dynamic_pager.plist and reboot(turn off all the way then back on) your idevice. thats exactly what i did.

took this launch daemon off, and presto, much better performance, plus the memory reading in my status bar actually gives me the correct memory. My advice, delete your unneeded launch daemons, and languages, and all the background apps that you don't really need....3G
