Each person is different, if you have stuff in your panties that's discharge and when you first get it, the estimate is one year, I've learned this from some people before! Weird. I have all the signs of puberty except my huge growth spurt and period (Im 12) but uh... I really dont know what this is.... when I change my panties I always see this gross, clear stuff that has an odor and is all icky like. When I got my period, I was 6 and just put a pad on. No drama, wasn't necessary. Having sex on your period isn't gross or weird. It can actually make you feel better, it's called a towel. I have PMDD, I take birth control to make my period better but because of my condition, it's still bad. It's better then it was but still bad. Mine has always been super heavy, lasted 9 days, I get extremely exhausted and I gain 8 pounds from bloat. I'm not ashamed of my body & I have a partner that loves it

You have just started your period,dont expect anything yet(as in cramps)

Not every girl gets cramps,I have never had any pain when i have my menstrual period.

By starting period,in the beggining its not going to be too regulari It might come the next 2 weeks again,It may come in a month,or it might not come at all next month!

Dont worry,completely normal!

PS:Its not your stomach thats going to hurt.A little bit below the stomach

EVER! everyone is different,, so just relax! not having cramps is a good thing!!! and sometimes your body does that,, it makes you THINK that you're not on your period anymore then BAM it comes back,, it's completely NORMAL,, i suggest you talk to your mom or a close woman about this so you won't be scared and you will see that it's normal,,

one time i decided to go running while i was on my period to get rid of the cramps, and every time i was running i felt fine, but when i stopped to walk it would go back to being so painful that i wanted to cry. So I kept trying trying to run but i was like im tirrrred and i was in pain so that was a bad day for me. but working out definitely helps the pain go away. ^^
