  • @grassy2000 aber wenn man sein level nicht verlassen kann, dann sollte das auch irgendwie nicht zu den "basic elements" gezählt werden, wenn man es nicht erlernen kann.

  • yeah. that i so great. Fab exercise. amazing strength to lift. No way could I even com close. To heavy and not flexible. But so great to see people do this.

    You can start gymnastics as soon as you can walk,developing motor skills!

  • Wow-her manna lift is amazing!!The shoulder adjustments are great too, my daughter can do those! They arent true dislocations, they are done by turning the shoulders at the correct time-watch how she turns her arms.

  • this girls isnt actually felxible in the groin as she is flat in any of her splits i would know-i am 12 and i have been doing gymnastics fro 11 years

  • There are different ways of doing box(side) splits; the knees and feet can face forwards, or they can point upwards towards the ceiling. Her splits were good actually. She is very flexible in the hips too, you have to be to do the stalder press to handstand and the Manna.
