Why are you even trying this...? There is a TN HEN available for 6.20 OFW and PRO-A LCFW for 6.35 OFW. Search google or on wololo's blog. This is way too old and this was the HBL era but the scene has made a tremendous progress and now you have all the possibilities of custom firmware on later PSP models and on latest OFW.

No, the other versions work fast, but again there are various crashing issues, so just wait till a proper one comes out.

Not all roms of all region are compatible with it right now. So, just keep trying various roms.

Yes you can by using the HBL and Virtuous Flame's and Coldbird's HEN and you can play ISO/CSO with the Prometheus ISO Loader. But I guess you need to update to 6.31/6.35 first.
