@MMZen Yeah...it's because his vox style is sort of hell on vocal cords...there's no way to not strain the fuck out of them with such a style, hence why many death metal vocalists cop out and do gutturals, like pussies. Screaming the real performance art way, rather than the disingenuous theatrical grunts, chortle, & gurgle, is demanding. Get a clue.
