I want to add my absolute frustration with the MM Anniversary Collection on Gamecube. The control screw job really ruined it for me. However, I have some rather happy news to report. I'm not sure if you're aware of this but there is now an adapter available via amazon or ebay. This adapter allows you to plug in a playstation 1 or 2 controller to your Gamecube and fortunately it restores the normal controls which we are all used to. It also comes in really handy for many other games also!

I actually really liked the Anniversary Collection and I don't mind at all pressing B to jump and A to shoot. And yes I did have Mega Man 8 for the Playstation along with X4 and X5 but I still don't mind the Gamecube controls. Which reminds me, I gotta go buy the X Collection since I never got it back then.

dude, at the lower sewer(?) part of the intro stage, you missed two bolts.

One is at 6:35, go to the left and down in the hole is a bolt.

And another at 6:38, ride the water buckets down into the hole, and to the right will be another bolt, swim up and your out and collect the bolt in front of the elevator to leave the island with 3 bolts in hand! (ignore this comment if you already knew that clement.) Love your videos!!

lots of of gameplay things in this game make no sense... the jump jump slide slide sections are totaly effed up... i swear the designers were high or drunk on something when they made it. this goes to megaman and bass, plus x5, x6, x7 , and bits of x8. the design team must've been high on something. probably too many carpet fumes while they're huddled in the cubicles ^_^
