No it's the "Star Locket" song from Sailor Moon, its the melody playing from a star shaped locket Tuxedo Kamen has, but loses and Sailor Moon finds. It also plays under various forms throughout the show. If it sounds familiar you either watched Sailor Moon as a kid, or simply because the song is designed to be nostalgic and memory provoking. :)

It's not a second season of Kannazuki, I've seen it, and it's a spin-off series, Chikane and Himeko aren't even the main characters... Basicaly what Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora does, is takes the characters from Kannazuki and throws them in to a completely new story line. There are some winks to KnM but overall it has nothing to do with it.
