What if one if battling high cholesterol and tryglycerides? I have been using rice milk fortified with calcium. Would raw whole milk raise my cholesterol levels?
@TheMinistryOfDefense Sorry, but the magical end-all-be-all argument of "It's natural!" doesn't work in the realms of science or fact. It is a fact that pasteurization kills nearly all pre-existing and introduced bacteria in milk. It is a fact that people have died due to diseases contracted from unsafe "raw" milk. It is a fact that pasteurization is directly responsible for the prevention of, at the very least, tens of thousands of deaths, and even more illnesses, annually.
It is a fact that your NWO Satanists have a population control agenda, thus the last thing they want is safe milk, yet push the pasteurized stuff, hmmm? Readers should see the youtube video called "Reporters blow whistle on Fox" It is a fact that cigarettes kill 400,000 Americans a year, yet are sold in almost every store, yet the Cockroaches in DC want to protect us from milk? It is a fact that ProfMike789 is a flaming homogenized lover, and completely out matched here.
There is a total of close to 100 minutes in the entire interview and Mark McAfee actually has the larger portion of all the content sharing. I produced this with that in mind!
Fortunately - what we are talking about and producing is beyond "organics" as that system allows for an unhealthy grain-based (and worse) diet for animals whose natural diet is in the pasture. Once again there are two milks and we are talking about the the one that is intended for people rather than pasteurization. It's literally two different worlds!
What is most absurd is the 15 things that other "milk" kills (in a paper by Mark McAfee)

A chiropractor and an organic farmer. Hmm. Sounds like anti-corporate anecdotal evidence being told to the masses by a man who has a lot to gain financially if people believe this stuff. Youtube is not a good place to get your science people, read some peer reviewed journals.
Un-refuted truth: there are two milks, different as night & day. 1 milk is intended to be pasteurized & for more reasons than the FDA want "the masses" to know. People have been lied to about pasteurization, homogenization & more that have made that particular milk a strictly commercial product produced exclusively for corporate financial gain. People have a choice & don't have to buy that milk. The other milk is produced to be whole, healthy and most nourishing for the people's benefit.
@thecorporatebum Raw milk is much better for your health than pasteurized milk. In fact, my body will not tolerate pasteurized milk. I get stomach cramps, have blood in my stools, and get a lot of gas. However, when I drink raw milk, I get none of these problems. Also when I was a baby, I developed allergies and a serious ear infection that required surgery two weeks after I started drinking pasteurized milk at age 1.4 years. Coincidence? Yah right.
@socceric17 You are referring to an unblinded study with a sample size of one. I am not saying raw milk is a bad choice for you but consider the amount of milk drank by North Americans. Pasteurization removes bacteria that will spoil the milk as well as destroying pathogens that can seriously harm many people including children, the elderly and the immunocompromised. Pasteurization is the logical choice for most milk drinkers. Consider getting your probiotic bacteria from other sources.
@thecorporatebum Milk doesn't spoil. That's what pasteurized milk does. Milk just goes sour and then you can make it into cheese and yogurt ^_^ Raw milk isn't bad. It's the first food any baby drinks. You know, if you feed pasteurized milk to a baby cow, it'll die. Just something for ya to think about ;)
@socceric17 Cows are ruminants, they require a very different variety of gut microflora compared to humans. Certainly you can make yogurt out of your spoiled milk if it only contains Lactobacillus. If it contains pathogenic E. coli however, you may not want to eat that yogurt. You have to at least admit that milk can be potentially very harmful. I am not in the camp that says raw milk should be illegal but I do believe a well informed opinion rather than a holistic outlook is essential.
@thecorporatebum Sure milk can be potentially dangerous but it's no different than peanut butter or spinach or eggs, etc. The only difference is I know where my milk comes from and I can verify that the cows are healthy where as with eggs and peanut butter, there's no way to check. I understand your concern and appreciate your input but I think you should check and see what's in pasteurized milk because pasteurized milk can also be potential harmful. Growth hormones, antibiotics, MSG, etc...
I remember when my mamaw would get fresh milk from her neice who lived less than a half mile from her. You had to shake it before you used it because the cream would come to the top. It was so good.
Totally agreed that raw milk is good, but how come cultures that traditionally drink milk (European, South Asian, Middle Eastern) are ones that have male pattern baldness while cultures that traditionally don't drink milk (Japanese, East Asian, Native American) don't have male pattern baldness?
Just because the milk is raw, doesn't mean it's healthy. Is the milk coming from organic, pasture-fed, non-innoculated, rbst-free cows? I bet it isn't. It's important to know where your food comes from.
@bushantichrist Dude that was 10 months ago. I don't even remember what I was talking about, or responding to. Do you have a beef with me or something? Why even bother commenting on something so old? Oh well. See ya around.
Mmm i just bought a gallon of raw milk from Organic Pastures and I am drinking a glass right now after not drinking milk for 6 years because i thought i didn't like it. I love it!
I'm really glad you can taste the difference! The other "milk" doesn't have the very delicious, full-bodied creaminess as all of that was altered in the homogenization process!
Oh trust me, it is! I drank raw milk back while I lived in California. I don't they there's any available here in Wisconsin. Definitely better tasting than pasteurized milk.
Whole milk, always! The fat is essential for protein and mineral absorption. The "low-fat" fad is based on myth. The body must have good fats and the fat in whole raw milk from healthy grass-fed cows is an excellent source of good fat. If there is any concern about digesting cow's milk then by all means go for the goat milk! GM has smaller protein molecules & therefore easier to digest for those with compromised digestion.

They sell cigarettes in almost every store, which kill 400,000
people a year. But they want to protect you from Raw Milk
because 120 people died? What's wrong with that picture?
Now you know something deceptive is going on. And if you do
some research you will find no E. Coli can exisit in raw milk,
because raw milk kills all viruses and "bad baterias" Nature's
way of protecting the new born.
Conclusion? Gov. Sponsored Genocide of, ...you.

When you speak of male baldness in milk, are you referring to that milk which is raw or pasteurized?
Do you know what the difference between pasteurized and homogenized milk is? Peace!
