For some servers you need Gmod.

World of Warcraft you actually don't have to play; you can play on private servers. I run my own little server so I can screw around and level. Good game.

@tari0048 You can't play with a lot of people... that's the bad thing. So no, if your friends officially play... you won't see them here unless you tell them to connect. Its like servers for Counter-Strike Source. Except there is a huge server. lol

If did ever decide to try it out, you need to have WoW patch 3.3.5a. Its the WoTLK patch before Cataclysm.

After that change a setting in your wow/data/enUS/ folder called realmlist.wtf, change the text to

set realmlist xenithwow123.zapto.org

If you are experienced in torrenting, you can go ahead and get utorrent and download World of Warcraft 3.3.5 on thepiratebay, otherwise you'll have to manually patch up wotlk and watch it making sure it does go over. If you don't have this patch you can't connect.

well...the vip cracked version i downloaded is a virus ,it doesnt look like a virus that modificates the game it looks more 1 that modificates registry keys...some other guy has in his pack the : Dropper.gen it drops malicirus files in your pc

( downloads other viruses ) but also im an expert in viruses :D i can make alot of them that arent batch files so and so idk if thats a real virus... so i wont risk it !

You could get banned, because it prob is detected like most hacks. I would use it with LAN, Bots, or cracked servers. I am not sure about cracked servers really because you will still have Steam ID.
