U.S. imperialism ??? When the U.S. had close ties with Cuba back in the 1950's, the Cuban peso was for a short time worth 2 cents more than the U.S. Dollar, and at all other times the peso was traded at an equal value to the dollar....

I approached this from a few angles...1. I signed an online petition to 'end the embargo' 2. I wrote my representative 3. I donate to 'Pastors for Peace', an org that travels to Cuba every year delivering materials like computers, medicines, etc.

4. I attend the Cuba Solidarity conference in Tijuana every year...
