Turns out this happens with or without the cheat code. Just enter the London level. Swan dive to kill Lara, load croft manor and there you go.

It's the dual-head lara glitch combined with weapon bug, when her guns are made from her body parts.

It's possible to get not only her leg as a weapon, but her butt as well.
