  • @EnduringEagle. i have a fenix tk15 its a Wicked Good light 337lm u can get one from opsgear.com

  • Congrats Mike!

  • i used my flashlight to defen myself when i was attacked and it stunned him so much that he fell over backwards over a fence and i heard his neck crunch when he landed, he wasn't there the next mornin so he must be okay.

thanks so much for all these tips, they really do work, it saved my life.

  • This is wat I prob gonna carry wen I go back to hk

  • Nice vid, Good advise, Take every chance to get away from a fight.

An even beter way to distract your opponent, is using a real Tactical Light, that is always in Strobe mode when you turn it on.

    Favorable higher then 250 lumens.

Manufators name every light a Tactical Light, just to sell more stuff. Most TL's are not seriously to be used tacticaly.

    Think about it.

Can You find your Strobe mode when you have to react in a split second under lots of stress? No you can't.

  • what martial arts has Jager done?

  • @MTCryton I believe it's called whoop-ass. Don't count me on it.

  • hello Mike, good luck xd

  • HI MIKE LOL

  • I keep my Streamlight Stylus Pro with me at all times, i even put it next to my gun on my night stand instead of buying a gun light. Its aluminum and small but puts out more light than a mag-light or even some low end Surefires for the price of a mini mag-light and it comes with a C4 LED bulb.

  • Great Video. Congrats on the baby Mike. And for the record that is one of the kewlest jackets I've ever seen.

    Keep the good stuff coming.

  • Hey Mike!

Yea I remember in a Krav Maga class I saw that they were talking about ways to distract your enemy by spitting in their face and other methods but a flashlight would work a lot in the same way ESPECIALLY at night.

  • @thegrahamreaper1 something you said was brought up just a few days ago at Aikido. If it comes down to it spitting in someones face is a great way to gain the 1 or 2 seconds you may need to find an opening and apply a strike or technique to get control of the situation.

  • Great tip. In the Uk, where I live, firearms are illegal, so it's good to see how everyday items can be used in a combat scenario. Thanks! Hope to see more like this!

  • I've been looking forward to videos regarding flashlights and kubatons. Thanks!

  • sup Mike!

  • Love my LED G2, I use mine all the time at Home and at Work at a night club.

  • 2:12 lol!

  • How many lumens is this surefire?

  • @Charbonneau138749 the G2 is 65 lumens.

  • Can you guys make a Tactical Tips video about using "Tactical Pens" in a defencive situation?

  • Great video as always. I have a question though; is it a good or bad idea to use a flashlight with a knife for defense? Maybe it seems like a silly question but since firearms and hand to hand were only mentioned I thought maybe there's a reason lights aren't used with knives. Thanks!

  • i think i flashed by the M.I.B lol

  • I was just talking to my co worker about this a few days ago. I use a 4sevens aa2 mini

  • First I would like wish Mike and his family the best. I have been there and understand. Secondly do you cash fenix and would you recommend it? If so, what model. Thx. EE

  • 5 star for the baby!

  • Congrats daddy Mike! Great video guys!

  • awesome video.

  • Hi Mike!

  • And I was looking a video like this for my blog. Thanks Ops Gear. You can also use the flashlight as kubotan too. I like it and it is more innocent than a folder.

  • 5 star for the baby!
