not bad. but i will say this. why does everyone who does a ryan ross cover try to mimic his accent when he sings? a cover is supposed to be your own version, not the exact copy. if i wanted to hear someone attemp to sing this song like ryan ross does, i would have just listened to the song or would have looked up behind the sea live. this comment is not suppose to belittle or defamate your work in anyway, its just a personal opinion about covers in general

Not bad mate, but you miss a chord out here and there, and the high E string on your guitar is out of tune (a little sharp I think).
Other than that, good job.
