@aperrucci203 Unfortunately, I don't have any of the episodes. :( I would suggest searching Ebay or Amazon for the 2 used VHS' that this show was available on. (The titles are: Disney Princess Collection: "Beauty and the World of Music" and "Chapters of Enchantment".)

Manafichu, yes that's what I meant about Playhouse Disney's name change, but I was referring to the year when they stopped airing the show. And I feel your pity, my mom used to watch soap operas on ABC (like General Hospital). Too bad SoapNet will be replaced, but a good benefit is that the some of the Disney Classics will be airing on that channel when Disney Junior will be airing as a 24 hour network

I loved this show when it was on when I was little <3 LOL this is one of the less talked about entry in the Beauty and the Beast universe. I remember this was on Playhouse Disney in it's first years (I remember it ended in 2000, long before the block was renamed Disney Junior).

@Mk97709 If I didnt know the Disney business I would agree But they had a problem O'Hara was very near 40 when this was being filmed she has never been a bad looking woman but even with make up it would be obvious Belle was not only older; O'Hara doesn't really look as much like Belle as they'd need her to for a live-action Belle. She has the eyes and hair color but that's about it. It would not have worked out too well. Lynsey Mcleod was the best choice if they couldnt use O'Hara

Omg, I absolutely loved this show when I was a kid. My favorite episode is the one where Belle and the kids made candy apples. And then they had a slumber party with Belle.

But of course, I love hearing the theme song as well. It's awesome. :)

I made every attempt to tape all these episodes. I don't know what happened to the tapes themselves, but I would love to see this show again on DVD. Too bad Disney's not smart enough to market to those fans who remember stuff like this.
