Islamic extremism doesn't stop at anti-semitism...most of the free non-muslim world is considered a target and usually it has nothing to do with religion. The 7/7 bombings for examples.
I'm not sure that there is a unilaterlaly shared view of a 'Jewish Extremist' in all honesty.
Extremists from any religion are just as dangerous as each other if they decide to take up arms.

I agree with free speech and people should be allowed to express their views. A lot of censorship is bad but some of it serves a purpose - if the media was free to choose a religion and drive it into the ground, it could lead to civil unrest.
And yes, a lot of people do fear reprisals from extremist factions, but some also have some amount of respect for others beliefs and so don't go out of their way to offend them.

They don't have to do anything because somebody somewhere else has an opinion on what God wants.
