Mother is still doing everything she can to prevent me from knowing my son and will not let him come live with me, he tells her he wants to live with his Dad, so she hires council to prevent me from granting his wish. I love Both my sons greatly, They both now know the truth, her excuse is she is protecting him from me and he is only 15 and don't know what is best for him. My 18 year old son lives with me now.

Southern California Court system gave me ZERO visitation ZERO custody Parenting classes Anger management classes Supervised Visits @ $80 an hour and 1200 a Month in Child Support. 15 years later I am still fighting my X Wife to allow me to be in my childrens lives one is 15 the other 18. WHY? She accused me of of child abuse 6 months after we Split up. The system was and still is BROKEN. I finally got joint and she DOES NOT COMPLY! She moved to MD.

Ex still today violate Court Orders.Her latest Court Order Violation was on 09-28, on my Birthday. She did not give me our daughter as she is supposed to for my Birthday. We are supposed to exchange our baby on Sunday, 6 pm.did not happen until Tuesday 5 pm. So I am very angry, Right now.

I am keeping everything on File, because I see her takig me to court again for Primary Custody, She threatens me with it. Every word that comes out of her mouth starts with "my lawyers told me this and that".

I have Joint Custody of a Daughter. My ex was Fighting for Full Custody. The only reason why My Daughter won her DAD 50% was because I spent $30,000 just in cash(Jail, lost work, time, not included) Fighting the corruption. The case turned around when she made extremely false allegation that put me in Jail. (later charges droped" judge, "NO crime was ever commited").

Parental Alienation "IS" child abuse. My children have their father, he has a daughter he is being alienated from, and has been alienated from for over 8 years now, she is 9. We are ALSO doinf a project on Parental Alienation, because it's a contoversial subject and we need to know more, and more about it and hear more stories like my spouse's.

I fought my ex for custody, instead of having a fair court trial between her and I to find who would be a better person to raise our daughter I ended up having to fight her, the womens shelter, the courts and the children aid society, who also tried to get the Police on her side but they said that her story kept changing under questioning. It took me 10 months and $30,000 to gain full custody, I have now had full custody of my daughter for over five years.

The courts dont work - they are secret so not open to scrutiny and based on a balance of probabilities rather than any evidence. Writing letters to MP's doesn't work. Families Need Fathers have consulted with the government for 30 years and where have they got? Nowhere. If it wasn't for F4J these injustices would not be in the public eye. Direct action is the only way, peaceful I might ad. All we seek is truth, justice, equality. A dad has to apply to see his own children in the family courts
