VO says, "An original overdrive design created by Fred Bonte based on the unique properties of the OP275." A teenager wouldn't remember, but this circuit was originally an original overdrive design by Lee Powell for Seamoon in the early 1970's [Fresh Fuzz]

OD-1 adds "true bypass" switching, opamp swap, and a better enclosure. Which is good and valuable - the OD-1 is a better box than the original. OD-1 is a clone of the Lee Powell original, but it is good work. Great box!

Nice looking and sounding video. Very well done. We really enjoyed trying out the pedal that Mr Music let us borrow for the shootout and I'd love to get one for myself at some point. If you're ever in Boston make sure to call Taylor and stop by the studio! I wish we could have gotten in some better angles on all the pedals to show them visually better, but I wanted to show the knob settings easily at a glance. Sarah what do you do with Black Cat? Good voiceover!
