@technologyforthepoor : You use your technique to help poor people .. thats very nice . i use hand operated tools like hand drill as much as possible . they are quiet and good for subtle work . once my cheap china cut off saw motor burned , i really wanted a manual cut off saw .
@sonichedgie You can use an old table saw in which the motor is connected to the blade by a V belt. You can use the dual purpose bicycle to run that saw.
