@suikerdiamant I made this back in 2003, so I was 21... it was for my Animation 2 class at school and we just needed to do something with lipsync animation. Pretty nutty this video almost has a quarter million views now! o.o

thank you, glad you can appreciate it! well, i created the character in 3d which took a day and a half, then animating it to the song probably took about a solid week. i could probably do it a bit faster now, this was done over 2.5 years ago now...

thanks man! i actually animated to the song, so the song came first and then i just matched the mouth with the sound file... the program i used, Maya, lets you match it up pretty well if you're meticulous.
