@theacrossell: We just take a photo of the layout and using AE for composing the final film via adjustment and alignment with it. It was a time-consuming procedure and I would suggest VPT or Processing (w/ a library named ProjectedQuads).

@guatemala3d Only one normal (about 2000 lumens) projector was used for this project.
