Actually what you said about having a single person is not as good as having 3 people. Even having 2 people isnt good. This is because if there is 1 person they might not be able to get a job done, if there is 2 people they wont be able to work with eachother. But no matter what if there is 3 people then if 2 people disagree there is always 1 person to help out. But if there is more than 3 in most cases it is too many people causing it to be even worse with too many opinions on a matter.
