Shanghai Tea House Scam Part 2

Shame on Shanghai Police! Within this year everyone of my non-Chinese looking friend who has visited the Shanghai museum were approached by the tea scammers. They were asked to pay 500rmb each person for the tea they've drunk. I am a tea drinker and the tea they've served are the cheapest kinds possible. It's ridiculous that the Shanghai police should allow the same place to run their business during the Shanghai EXPO! Shame! (My friends have showned photos which showed the same tea house)

I just got back from China and I was asked by three "students from Hunan" to take their picture outside the Shanghai museum. I obliged and then they chatted me up. They said they were going to a tea ceremony by the CapitaLand building and that I should come with them. I told them no thanks, that I was going to visit the museum. They weren't pushy when I declined though - scammers with big smiles on their faces and too many compliments. Don't fall for it. They are too good to be true!

i got scammed by them. i wonder what will it be during the shanghai world expo next year. shanghai will be loaded by con artists everywhere
