would the Zacuto Z-FINDER-PRO 2.5x DSLR viewfinder be compatible with the 60D, consider the it has a swivel screen?

@Agex33 good question... this is a guess... i would say yes... but only when the the screen is flush against the camera. And the Z-Finder Pro... effectively would block the ability to get the 60D screen out in swivel mode... you would have to remove the frame each time. Again - that is a guess...
