I would have no way of knowing that. I was in the USA for a week of which a few days were in DC. I just grabbed some footage if I happened to be in the right place at the right time.

awesome video!!! i remember when i used to live in the DC area and i loved all of the vre, amtrak, and csx trains that i would get to see frequently
