  • SAD BUT ENTIRELY TRUE; thousands maybe millions in history were motivated to committ cannibalism by the ritual of Eucharist."

"every day one prisoner was taken out and killed & eaten by the soldiers.

"German soldiers cut off from supplies, resorted to cannibalism.

MENGELES dissected "many" humans to be used as food to be eaten!

"Japanese-Those selected were taken to a hut where their flesh was cut from their bodies while they were alive & they were thrown into a ditch where they later died.

  • That would make a great movie. Now if your imagination could only carry over to humanitarian things you'd be getting us somewhere.

  • @tjttzcspplt movie <<

Religion is based on belief in written and spoken stories!

Science is based on facts of things you can see, hear, touch, taste and smell!

  • Great video Please consider uploading it to stpaulstube it is a new video sharing site that is faith friendly

  • AMEN 2 YOUR COMENTS

  • We've made some videos about the Eucharist as well - may our Lord never be underestimated! If you like this video, check out the 2096! video and the Welcome Home videos on our channel.

  • the christ must flow1

  • Holy crackers Batman!

    And when you're done?

    Holy shit!

Haha, you people are hilarious, keep up the comedy!

  • To understand how Jesus is truly present in the Eucharistic Bread and Wine , we must take into account that it is the "Glorified Christ" who is present! We can't hurt Jesus when we "eat and drink" Jesus, (Body, Blood, Soul & Divinity). In his glorified state he exists without the limits He endured on Earth. Hint: "Heaven is a state, not a place." (John Paul ll) Also, "Heaven is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of the joy and peace given by the Holy Spirit." (St. Paul).

  • awesome

  • I love how you edited this video - very well done! But it's also quite sad that people here are fighting with each other to be the winner of the conversation; over religion, over belief. Nonsence!

  • @johnthreesixteen316

"He is the 'spiritual' bread, not literal. "

Also explain how do you BREAK "spiritual bread" ? Jesus obviously broke bread - so please show us how to break "spiritual bread".

If you want to know how moronic and idiotic breaking something spiritual means - something spiritual is immaterial aka cant be broken by definition. But obviously your "Bible believing plaster (not pastor)" dint tell you that ? dint he/she/heshe ?

  • Thank you for this! Beautiful and relevant for our times. Can you provide an English translation of the words of the song?

  • the new, modern mass is Protestant, good people. Attend the traditional Latin Mas, where you'll find all Honor and Glory and Reverence given to God from beginning to end!

  • Christ's sacrifice on the cross was a one time deal. Claiming to sacrifice a graven image of Christ called the eucharist over and over again millions upon millions of times is to deny the very heart of the gospels, pulling Christ down from the cross and refusing to accept His power to save us from sin His way.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 "refusing to accept His power to save us from sin His way"

"His way" is to obey Him when He said over and over in John 6 that we must eat His Flesh to have eternal life. Why is this so clear to every Christian on earth for the first 1500 years and totally lost on so many Protestants today? Why do Protestants follow man made beliefs that no one held until less than 500 years ago? God didn't change, so why are Protestant beliefs so different from those of early Christians?

  • @WorkingCatholic Hello friend. John 6 makes it quite clear that Christ was speaking figuratively. Christ said "this shall be given up for you." Well, if He speaking literally regarding that bread then why didn't they nail that piece of bread on the cross? Christ was clearly using an analogy for what He was about to do on the cross. He is the 'spiritual' bread, not literal.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 Eucharist Part 1:

What bread is Jesus talking about in 6:51? He says, "I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world." He is talking about the flesh He will give for the life of the world. Was this flesh real or symbolic? When did He give His flesh for the life of the world? On the cross. (continued)

  • @johnthreesixteen316

"Well, if He speaking literally regarding that bread then why didn't they nail that piece of bread on the cross? "

SImple common sense question (assuming you have some).... did the folks who crucified the Lord believe that He was God - the creator ? If not do you even think in some remotest corner of your brain that they believed anything He said ? You must be loony to even make that comment.

  • @johnthreesixteen316

"He is the 'spiritual' bread, not literal. "

Oh wow really ? Since you are so smart - please tell us all how we can eat His "spiritual bread". Also show us how that differs from drinking his "spiritual blood" - we obviously need both to have eternal life. So show us please. Also since you are a "Bible Christian" - please backup whatever you say with references from the Bible.

    cont(2)...

  • @WorkingCatholic Hello. Here are some figurative names used for Christ in the Bible. It would be silly to take any of these literally.....the gate, the Word, the true vine, the bread, the lamb, the light of the world, the way, the root, the horn of salvation, the consolation, the lion, the living stone, the last Adam, the capstone, the way, the truth etc.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 "It would be silly to take any of these literally."

True, Jesus used symbols frequently. But He always explained them. Please contrast Jn 6:51-58 where Jesus speaks literally with Jn 4:31-34 and Mt 16:5-12 where He speaks of food symbolically. When the disciples think He is talking about real food, Jesus is quick to show them in plain language that he was speaking figuratively. But in John 6:66, Jesus’ disciples leave Him and He makes no attempt to soften His words.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 Eucharist Part 2:

Was the flesh that was nailed to the cross real or symbolic? Because according to Jesus in 6:51, we're talking about the same flesh. Jesus wants us to eat the flesh that He gave for the life of the world. Every Christian before Luther believed this. You should too. You not only hold a minority opinion, you hold one that was created by men less than 500 years ago. Please try to prove me wrong on this--you will learn much in the process.

  • @WorkingCatholic By the way, Martin Luther believed in the Real Presence! :D

  • @Killermuffin1 "Martin Luther believed in the Real Presence"

Yes, I know. He was a Catholic monk. I refer to him only as a benchmark in history. Prior to Luther's heresies, all Christians were Catholic (I'm including the eastern Churches), everyone accepted the real presence, and everyone understood scripture pretty much the same way.

After Luther, everything changed. We now have thousands of denominations and people can now choose what they want to believe in spite of the word of God.

  • @johnthreesixteen316 "John 6 makes it quite clear that Christ was speaking figuratively"

It's sadly funny when Protestants misinterpret a Catholic Book and then proclaim "it's quite clear." If it is so clear, can you name just one Christian in history prior to Martin Luther who shares your misinterpretation? No? Then I guess this idea of yours is rather "new" and certainly not "clear."

If the witnesses there took him literally, then how is it that you are more enlightened 2000 years later?

  • @WorkingCatholic "It's sadly funny when Protestants misinterpret a Catholic Book and then..." Indeed, reading John 6 from a Catholic perspective was the first domino that knocked over the second to convince me of the legitimacy of the Catholic Church. I decided to convert presicely one week ago. :)

  • @Killermuffin1 "I decided to convert presicely one week ago."

Welcome home! I couldn't be happier for you. Have you already contacted someone about the RCIA program? Entering the Catholic Church is a little different; you don't just show up. The Catholic Church is the destination for anyone on a true search for the truth. Congratulations.

  • @WorkingCatholic Yeah. I e-mailed a lady at the local Parish who deals with these things. She hasn't contacted me back, as a friend of mine informed me she was on a retreat. I have not heard of RCIA though. I think they call it something different at the local Church, but it may be the same because of the Catholic Church's interconnectedness.

  • @WorkingCatholic BURN!!! I couldn't have said it better! And you kept it under 500 characters! Way to go Catholic Brother. WAY.TO. GO!

  • @WorkingCatholic John 16:25 "These things have I SPOKEN UNTO YOU IN PROVERBS: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father."

  • the music sounds like "o fortuna"

  • Ah, You Tube's most illustrious and beloved troll. Still at it.

  • Dont try to explain the Sacraments to Evangelicals, they dont understand anything. That is why the Catholic Church is so Silence, that is what I love on her. The Church of Jesus is there, if you want, study and learn.

  • @anapaulacarlson I must respectfully disagree. Those who have the proper preparation, or even just the Holy Spirit's encouragement, should speak to Evangelicals about the sacraments. Evangelicals who truly & sincerely love Jesus above all things are open to the truth. As a result, today most of the best lay apologists in and for the Catholic Church are former Evangelical Protestant ministers & scholars (incl. a past president of the National Assocation of Evangelicals & former seminary profs).

  • what is the title of the music?

  • awesome vid

  • Through infant baptism, keeping sacraments, church membership, going to mass, praying to Mary, and confession (just to mention a few), the Catholic church has developed a system of salvation through WORKS. God's word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not through works". "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Eph. 2:8-9)

  • @kiwichristian2009 You have made a fundamental logical mistake by thinking that the existence and utilization of externals is proof of priority given to externals. Sacraments, sacramentals, and devotions--including reading the Word of God--is to no avail unless there is faith, and faith is to no avail if it is not about an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. I am proud to be an Evangelical Catholic who discovered the fullness of the faith after a happy sojurn with Baptists & Pentecostals.

  • FACTS about the Eucharist Rome does NOT want you to see... remnantofgod(DOT)org/transubstantiation(DOT)htm

  • @NicholasPOGM Would you mind giving us some details so that we know just how \

whacked out the site will be before we waste our time?

  • Catholics are the most confused people ever.....I mean cant you see that Jesus tried to turn people away from their natural beastly fate.....JESUS WAS the light bringer...not flipin Lucifer...Lucifer is the creator of this nature.

  • @AntiPsychopath Yes, that's the whole point.

  • @tjttzcspplt So you agree with me that the creator is indeed satan? and the holy trinity is a liberation force.

  • @AntiPsychopath No. You are just being infantile, and trying to draw others into your stupidities. I agreed that Jesus brought light. The rest is idiotic.

  • @tjttzcspplt ......you are so absolutely convinced with the dogma that is almost sad...i thought god gave us free will to think for ourselves not wait to be told of how things are by some holy instruction manual....nevertheless...both me and you have the same instinct towards good so the rest is possibly irrelevant.

  • @AntiPsychopath Don't knock it 'til you try it. God speaks to the heart. If you were right about everyone being so good, why is the world ten times the craphole it was before people rejected God? Can you tell me that? The chaos, the psychological problems, the despair, the lack of civility even to people in their own homes. Vicious murders over nothing. Unheard of abuse. The world has grown cold and dark and all this was predicted by Christ, et al. Your behavior confirms me in my belief.

  • @AntiPsychopath What a sad person you are! YOu are the type of people who when you see the sunlight, you call it darkness. By the way, your logic sucks, and that's not even good rhyme

  • @tjttzcspplt Oh, yes, it is idiotic, and also an ancient gnostic heresy mixed in with some new age illuminati BS. Get a life, will you?

  • @AntiPsychopath There's only one creator and it aint lucifer. If you spent even an hour reading even whako theology you would learn that lucifer was created. Then he screwed it up -- the idiot. I fear U are also screwing up ur logic

  • @bitesdadust ..........oh dear, you are lost in your egoistic anthropocentric view of the world. The creator is indifferent to what happens to humans. A very cruel system was created for what purpose who knows, if there is one. All I know is that nature is resonating with beastly behaviour and that the teachings of jesus christ go totally against nature hence god. Now, please dont rely on the bible its a story written by psychotic clerics..nature is cruel, Jesus was the bringer of light

  • @AntiPsychopath ...the spirit of jesus is not the spirit of nature. We live in a world that has taken years to come to this level, thousands of people died for us to be able to live in a peaceful and enlightened world....and we still have more to go if our beastly instincts dont destroy us all. If you think all is jolly, ask the animals, they ll tell you how nice it is when they live the entire lives in cages waiting in line to be slaughtered....nature is cruel, creator was a sadist..

  • @AntiPsychopath I dont hate the creator i just realise that things are not what they seem. Just because we live in peaceful times everything looks like a gift from god....ask those kids that have their families carpet bombed in the name of oil and profit how nice it all is. I guess we have to be grateful that we were made but its a cruel system and god doesnt seem to care much. ..I could be wrong but that makes sense to me....

  • @AntiPsychopath But this is not God´s fault, but our. We have free will and it depends on us, how we use it. God respects it and He knows better, when is needed to do something. And when it comes, He will do the best. Sorry for my english...

  • The wafer used in the mass. Catholics believe that the wafer turns into the actual body of Jesus Christ. This teaching, called transubstantiation, is one of their fundamentally most critical beliefs—one they believe is crucial to salvation. In reality, the wafer is nothing more than a sun symbol common in pagan religions.

  • @avilakaj Let me see do I understand this right? Catholics believe and teach one thing about this, what you call a wafer( what an insulting and disgusting term to a catholic, thanks for the insult, though its not me you are insulting but the Lord) but in your reality (not what the Catholic Church teaches or the way catholics understand it) its just a sun symbol.

  • Even pagan religions had/have some kernels of truth in them. Maybe you got it wrong, turned it upside down. It's not the Eucharist that is a sun symbol (actually it is the Son) but in an unforeseen way that pagan symbol represents some deep down longing in the human soul, a truth that has been fulfilled in the Eucharist.

  • @avilakaj Says who? says YOu? Aint that intriguing. Who taught you that, or did you pull it out of the attic of your mind?

  • Loved this. Do you know the meaning of the words in English?

Thanks for your labor of LOVE.

  • Really powerful! Excellent video. Can you tell me what the words mean in English?

Thank you so much for this labor of LOVE.

  • That is way totally cool. The picture at 1:08 is a picture of the Cathedral Church of the Sacred Heart in San Angelo. This was taken at a Chrism Mass. It was taken a long time ago, we do not have the red carpet in the church anymore. Guess that is our claim to fame. God Bless all at the Cathedral including our awesome Bishop.

  • The Eucharist isthe most beautiful part of our faith and is what brought home to the Catholic church. We all need to give the Eucharist the respect and dignety it deserves.

  • bless

  • beautiful, long live CATHOLICISM

  • Praise God for He is merciful

  • Thank you! Extraordinary!

    Praise our dear Savior!

    :)

  • @PetarMlakarCroatia

ajde lijepo da ima još zagrijanih hrvata-katolika. čovječe. malo nas je al nas ima.

  • can u please help me out with the name of this song..and i guess there is also an slow version of this song

  • I cant remember the song but I know its from ERA. thats all I know. wish I could have been of more help.

  • It's the Mass by Era.

  • The Mass by Era.

  • the 1.16 broken this clip....

    fucking N.O.M. bit

  • "They abstain from the Eucharist and from prayer, because they confess not the Eucharist to be the flesh of our Saviour Jesus Christ, which suffered for our sins, and which the Father, of His goodness, raised up again." Ignatius of Antioch, Epistle to Smyrnaeans, 7,1 (c. A.D. 110).

  • Excellent. Thanks!

  • It doesn't get any more personal then receiving Jesus in the Eucharist.

  • Love it, love it, love it!

  • Amazing!

  • i had a retreat where we watched this 4 times

at night.. soo altho i totallly loved it

    it freaked me out

how the eyes seemed to be penetrating me like if he was looking through my soul..

the first time we watched it that night i was in awed the next 2 cuz we played it over to look at certain details i wass sooo scared.. something about the eyes..

i never got to sleep that night.. i kept think what we put him through.. and the music is so haunting so that didnt help either :(

  • @disneyfreak191

The passion of Jesus is not meant to freak you out, the saints -- eg the mystics from St Francis of Assissi to St Faustina all teach that the more we contemplate the Passion of Jesus the more we will be drawn to love him. To be freaked out is not quite the appropriate response

  • The Cathedral of San Angelo is in this montage. What is this song?

  • I like it.

  • this song is not in latin folks. it's a language they invented for this great song!

  • yeah..it's called era latin..the song is the mass from era...

  • Awesome. Keep it up!

  • I love the images, especially of the Passion of the Christ and the Mass, beautiful video, but the music is too scary.

  • :) I liked this.

  • Carmina Burana!!

    wonderful video, seriously!

  • Ein tolles Video - sehr ausdrucksstark!!!

  • b-e-a-u-t-i-f-uuuulllll....u brought tears to my eyes

  • What's with the blood on the host? does this purport to be footage of a eucharistic miracle?

  • Yes, because the Host is Christ Himself, sometimes the Blessed Sacrament changes form, ie blood, or human flesh.

  • I love your video!

  • GREAT video...love it! I have to admit, O Fortuna always gives me goosebumps and the shivers :)

doesn't what fall under graven images? Do you mean the Eucharist?

  • Doesn't this fall under the "Graven Images" clause of the Ten Commandments?

The music and text is from "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff, which is a collection of profane songs by a group of excommunicated monks. The texts deal with loss of virginity, carnal pleasures, false gods and the cruel "wheel of fortune". I think it's HILARIOUS that whoever put this together didn't realize they were being so sacrilegious!

  • dude999998,

this is not Carmina Burana. It has the same tune or beat or whatever, but the text is a made up language that is meant to sound latin, but has no real meaning

  • You should be careful with this. No one would make this quality of vocal chor without knowing words.

Carmina Burana is talking something about "Have no faith..." , bad song..

  • Carmina Burana is simply a collection Medieval poems put to music by a 20th cent. German composer. Some parts are Latin, some German, etc. The main Latin parts are O Fortuna & Fortune Plango Vulnera. Taken in its entirety it is very beautiful, though the much overplayed O Fortuna is rather bombastic.

  • Very nice video!! Three thumbs up. Keep on being a light of this word.

May you shine as you live your life through HIM ;)

  • This is an amazing music video! It gives me goosebumps!

  • Awesome video! Does anyone have the lyrics in English?

  • Do a search for "O Fortuna"

I do believe it's the exact same piece.

  • You're absolutely right! This music is exaclty O Fortuna, and the Latin lyrics are about how fate is against this person. But Era didn't use the Latin lyrics, they made up a fake language that sounds like Latin, but supposedly the words are meaningless. I don't understand why they did that, unless they just wanted to go for a certain sound. I just hope it's not some occult language with ungodly lyrics.

  • Sounds to my ear like they only used their own language at the bridge - the standard Latin lyrics are still there in the verses. I've been trying to teach myself to sing this in Latin and I'm hearing the Latin in there.

  • Oh! Well the Latin lyrics are very dark. : ( Thanks for telling me.

  • can anyone get me a name of this song

  • I believe this is "O Fortuna"

  • reminds me on carmina burana....

  • dude they showed this at my school during adoration...talk about intense!!!!

  • This is not Latin; it is the Era language. It just sounds like Latin

  • this is greek lol

  • Fantastic video with great use of images. Very nice to see something like this especially after the anti-Catholic stuff that has been going on lately. We love Jesus and the wonderful gift he has given us in the Holy Eucharist -- himself, his very self! Wonderful and thank you for posting.

  • Beautiful! Vivid message. Very talented indeed.

    Thanks for sharing.

    God bless †

  • "Era - the mass"

  • thank you

  • whats the name of this song

  • do you know what the song is about? I was able to get the words mercy and blood out of there but that was it. great video 6/5!

  • Amazing video. The shroud of Turin, the artwork, the Eucaharist old and new. It's so obvious you put much love into this creation.

    Deo Gratias!

  • cudo!! dreszczy dostałam słuchając tej muzyki

  • Amen!

  • nice vid! it really shows the connexion between the death of Christ and the holy eucharist! :)

  • Could inspire people to convert to Catholicism

  • whats the name of the music?

  • that's The Mass by ERA.

  • thank u very much!

  • Actually you could have found better music than Era's version of a song from Carmina Burana. CB is a mediaeval book of bawdy and secular songs, although many music stores put it with the sacred music because it's in Latin.

  • Even the firts cristians and the Fathers of the Churchs from the 2 Century believed in the doctrine of the Body,Blood Soul and Divinity of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament!.Pax.

  • Do you play the Inquisitor? Or you think I have any reason to play equivocation?

  • este video es impresionante.....te pone el vello de punta....

  • And where did they find doctrinal support for that common practice, as you write, to give only the bread to the laity? In the heads of the previous Popes which were full of innovations, as they still are.

  • Where do you find doctrinal problems with it? Do you deny that Christ is fully present in both bread and wine?

  • The faithful were always to recieve Christ under both kinds until catholic theologians and clergy developed a theory caliming that Christ is fully present even only in bread in order to elevate themselves above the laity depriving them of the blood of Christ.

  • So that would be a "Yes, I do deny it", I'm assuming.

  • The true Church of Christ which is the Orthodox one has never practiced it or taught is as valid.

  • Y'know, I asked for a yes or no.

  • Why don;t you give the blood of Christ to the laity?

Catholic sacrament of communion is lie.

    Only bread and that unleavened.

    Orthodoxy for ever.

  • what are you talking about, most if not all Catholic church give the Blood of Our Lord to the faithful (laity).

It looks like you may be thinking of a practice common in the Catholic Church before Vatican Two. In any case, Church doctrine says that all of the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus is present under either the Body (bread) or Blood (wine) of the Eucharistic Sacrifice. Thus you still could simply receive the host (Body) at Mass and know you have receive all of Our Savior.

  • realmente impresionante. El Señor es el único que puede colmar nuestras vidas de amor, Su Amor, que nos viene al encuentro en cada Eucaristía

  • Jesus is truly the saviour of the world.

I adore The Holy and Blessed Sacrament. May God in His utmost Love and Mercy, forgive all who do not believe, for they know not what they do.

    Wonderful video. Thanks for sharing.

  • What is this song! It is fantastic! Our saviour Jesus Christ is Truly present in the eucharist, I let adoration(Jesus) tell me this :)

  • If I am not mistaken the song is The Mass from Era.

  • Anyone who does not belive in the true present of the body and blood of crist in the eucharistic hould ask God to reveal to him and ask forgiveness.

Is hard to understand his teachings he says, but know this, God wants all of us to find the true. And the true will make us free.

  • The music from this is partially from Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana", which contains strong anti-Christian themes including drinking, gluttony, gambling and lust. It is odd that someone would choose this music for this video.

  • Drinking, gluttony, gambling and lust are motifs that are not anti-Christian or even necessarily immoral. In any case, I believe the Bible contains many such motifs. Would music of a scriptural inspiration also be inappropriate?

  • The music is specifically a re-working of the movement "O Furtuna", a protest of the cruelty of the Roman goddess of fortune. Might we not interpret the juxtaposition of music and iconography as a hymn to Christ who, through his death and resurrection (made present in the sacrament of the Eucharist), frees man from the arbitrary will of the gods, making him (through Grace) master of his own destiny?

  • Great video!

    I love it!

    I love Jesus Christ!

The way, the true and the life!

  • What do the lyrics say?. Isn't Era occultist?. Hmmm...

  • i pray for the reunion of the orthodox and catholic church!!!

god bless as all.united we stand christian brothers.

  • EXCELENTE. Resume en mucho nuestra fe, en especial en la eucaristía. Bendiciones desde COsta Rica

  • Thank you so much for the music and images. The timing of the last supper to the altar was genius. The images of Jesus reminded me of the love that radiates from the eucharist. Let us pray for our priests that they are strengthened and worthy of their supernatural vocation. Come Holy Spirit enflame the hearts of all people with your love. Send forth your Spirit and renew the face of the earth. Amen.

  • Amein, and Amein!

  • people dont get stuff mixed up he loves u!!!! dont forget dat!!!!as long as u have him in your heart!!! he loves u!!!!! Im catholic by the way christian catholic!!!! John 3:16 as always!!! always!!!!!

  • Dear jrlunatik. This is not meant to condemn or critisize you or you opinion. I believe the roman catholic teaches that God loves you whether you believe in God or not. One who doesn't believe in God or worse hates God is loved bye Him just as much and a saint. The one who hates will NOT receive as much grace as the one who loves.

  • Or more accurately, they are offered as many graces as those who hate God, but refuse them out of pride.

  • I was told Jesus died on a stake and not a cross. Is this true?

  • The LORD died on the wooden cross and was nailed to it

  • Every Christian religion has a breaking of bread celebration. But why the need to re-kill Jesus over and over again? He said, "Do this in remembrance of me." It is a symbol of His body being broken for our sins. He cried from the cross, "It is finished!" Jesus is in heaven on a throne, not bowing His head in obedience to a priest claiming to crucify over and over again. I am sorry, but to believe our Sovereign God is a cookie in the monstrance is nothing less than idolatry.

  • Wow! It was finished on the cross? You mean Jesus didn't have to rise from the dead? Jesus must have been confused in Mat.28 when he told the apostles to make deciples of all nations and to baptize. Since it was finished, they really didn't have to do that, right?

  • The sacrifice was finished. The truimph of death, hell, and Satan is when He rose from the dead. We are talking about your cookie-god, and the end of the need for a continued sacrifice. We are not speaking of baptism. With all kindness of heart, are you truly that confused?

  • 1-The author of Hebrews's statement that if Christ had come to offer himself repeatedly he would have had to repeatedly suffer indicates that here he is using the word "offer" in its bloody sense--the performance of a bloody sacrifice in which the victim is slain and, consequently (since victims were not anesthetized) suffers.

  • "And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus..." Rev 17:4-6
