@Replicatorz I would read my comment again if I were you and use your brain. It's seriously still impossible to play CRYSIS (not crysis 2) on Xbox or ps3. Why? Well, have you ever opened task manager while playing crysis? ~1GB of RAM is used just for this game..... Xbox 360 has 256mb ram. PS has 512 I think. You have to make some big modifications to the game and the whole engine to make it playable on 360 and PS3, which also has been done for Crysis 2

@xxBlackpspxx The detail is not anywhere close to the pc version, there are comparison video's on the console version vs pc, and the console versions more of trick your eyes to make you think it looks good, but the draw distance is crap, textures are low it seems, and it doesn't have the dx10 effects going on. Other than that, it is crysis, but they removed a level of the game, and there is no multiplayer.

You don't have to be smart to build something like this. But you have to get the idea to build one of these because it's not like you think hmmm let's build that and that. You first have to get the idea to make this and mine is really easy made but still a nice physics machine and I made many versions of it. This isn't the only machine I made. I made one which has many long flowgraphs and for that you really have to be smart. And what's so special about having a PS3? It's not expansive.

Unfortunately, besides vehicle physics, which is VERY buggy, there is no physics in multiplayer whatsoever.

No, you can't have physics while others don't. All objects are static. The problem is that different computers will be seeing different things happen, so you'll get hit by a barrel you see to be bouncing over your head or missing to the side. Too bad.

it works very well in GTA4, and because the engines work similar, it should also be able to work in crysis

Well, GTA 4 has some really good physics in it, and even uses euphoria... that kind of thing in multiplayer too? (attempting to block things with arms when things are thrown at you, catching one's fall = Euphoria engine, which is like the next generation of Endorphin).

there are no barrels but it is possible to knock other people over with the waterjet of a firetruck for example. All the ragdoll and physics are ported to multiplayer.

Altough sometimes you have some "jumps": when certain people jump like 10meter forward suddently, but that was worse in crysis.

The catching thing is not builtin, but the engine is there (hard to catch stuff with a gun in your hands) When you throw a box at someone's leg he will stumble over it and maybe fall. It looks very real

it is for PC and consoles. If your PC can run it i would recommend using the PC version: It's cheaper and looks better + better multiplayer.

But be sure you can run it, if you can run crysis at med/high your PC will be able to run it at a decent FPS normally

This is not so easy how you think. I tried it with a hummer, it just got destroyed. Sometimes it worked. A hovercraft weights more then a hummer. But hummer is easy to destroy.
