at the time this video was posted, the game was not out yet, but a demo was released that included the apartments and the subway level up until the end of the panic event, after which the saferoom was placed in the upstairs room (where you usually would find ammo and 2nd tier weapons). see at moment 1:09 when it shows a see through door? that was the end of the level, but if you used cheats you could access the rest of the map.
