once parental rights are relinquished, ALL power goes to the adoptive parents, expecting mothers need to be informed prior to signing off on any papers, they must be made aware that Open adoptions are NOT legally enforceable, Pictures and a phone call or video once in a while is NOT a Open Adoption, sadly this is the new lure that has been around for at least 25 years. Something must be done on a legislative level in each state to make changes, once rights are gone they are 4ever gone : (
