In theory, Zero Carbon House is not possible, using solar system, mini wind turbine electricity genrators, underfloor heatpumps, super-insulation, low u-value will give us a near-zero carbon house.
Hey... Does anyone know if this is still accurate? I heard that it did not pass the Code for Sustainable Homes assesment for a zero-carbon home.(Also check out the Barratt Development >> 1st Zero-Carbon House!)
