so we have ANOTHER 3VP in Pujols, Holliday, and Berkman! Colby isn't at his max potential yet. Molina is still picking off people and is producing some offense as well has Freese and Schumaker. Surprisingly Descalso is doing good with the glove and bat. Punto is a great role model for the younger players as is Theriot. We will win this year's world series if we keep this up. I think that Lance Lynn should be in the starting rotation and we should get Heath Bell to close games out. GO CARDS!!!!!

you're right, the cardinals will be mediocre this year. there was no one on the market that was worth the money to bring in to the team this year. next offseason will be more active for the cards when there are a lot of top notch FA available and the cards will have more money freed up to spend. carpenter, pujols, and everyone will be healthy and the cards will have a good shot at the division. this is why it makes sense for the cards not to spend money this year

@amazindan Wright is decent to be a clean up at best with most teams, Reyes gets hurt too much now,Santana won't win another Cy Young any time soon, Bay's average is below .280 and has less thant 10 homeruns now,Davis almost has a .250 BA,Beltran has only played 82 games since 08, and Pelfrey is good enough to be a 2nd starter but not an ace. and BTW we have Yadier Molina 1 OF THE BEST FIELDING CATCHERS EVA!!!!

you're right, the cardinals will be mediocre this year. there was no one on the market that was worth the money to bring in to the team this year. next offseason will be more active for the cards when there are a lot of top notch FA available and the cards will have more money freed up to spend. carpenter, pujols, and everyone will be healthy and the cards will have a good shot at the division. this is why it makes sense for the cards not to spend money this year

Hey Amazindan, I bet youve only been alive for one mets ws, that they lost. and if your going back 2000, who cares, her look at 2006, our 83 win team, and we beat you! Haha!And ankiel took hgh will coming back from and injury and its not proven that he actually cheated, that's why the closed the case. So he isn't a cheater. And i bet if the mets werent in New York,they would suck, without a huge payroll. And Jocketty isnt our owner anymore, and Mozeliek got Clement and Glaus .

Misfits or complete and utter losers? I think that was pretty original unlike the fact that you always bring up the same three things the cards record in 06, Rick Ankiel, and Tony LaRussa Matter of fact I have only been alive for one cardinals world series. and i am sure you are much much older than me and it is only possible for you to have only seen one of the two mets ws wins
