Hey I have been using the Shea Moisture products for about a month now. The African Black soap shamp does wonders for my scalp! I was soooo disappointed in the Raw shea deep treat masque! I DO NOT like it! I used it for deep conditioning. Haven't tried it for twists yet. I prob wont bc I don't like the consistency. smh I will do a product review soon!

Your hair is beautiful. I did try the shea moisture masque as well and it did set on top of my hair as well. I ended up leaving it on overnight with a plastic cap. It soaked in after that. I've also twisted my nephews hair with it too and it took a while to soak in but after it finally soaked in it really felt and looked moisturized.

I've tried the Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie. I can't say that it enhances my curls because I use it to do 2-strands twists & to help moisturize my hair. I've been meaning to try it on a wash-n-go. So as far as helping my curls idk yet.

Please do a review when you do try the deep treatment masque for a twist out, I'm interested in how it would work for your hair. I have it as well, what I do is add my own oils to it along with my cheapo condish, and if I feel like adding anything else I do, but using it alone...NO

I must try that witch hazel b/c my scalp is ALWAYS itching!!! All of my shea moisture products are still in the bag waiting for me to use them LOL~ I have to get on it b/c I really want to try all of the products I bought.

Thank you. I love your reviews. I began to think I was the only person who did not get magical results from the Shea Moisture Deep Treatment Masque. I purchased this product with high hopes, but it did not work for me in that sense also. But I will suggest using it as a moisturizer and styling aid. I love it for my twists, twist-outs, and coils and coil outs. It is great for moisturizing in that sense. I also heard that using it over night might work as a deep conditioner, which I have to try.

go'n and updo yo hurr girl lol I might have to get me some witch hazel and the deep cleansing shampoo. They dont have those at my walgreens. Might have to drive to the black target/walgreens because the ones near me aint bout nuffin! The deep treatment masque left my hair feeling matted. I didnt like it either. I'll use it up but wont buy again. I love zipporah beauty delight my hair butter!
