In order of top 3 training methods based on speed from best to worst I'd say is armored zombies>the gorillas on ape atoll>slayer. The best overall training in the long run is slayer cuz it makes you rich.

I would reccomend like 8 to 12 monkfish and the rest of ur inventory should be super atk and strength also just use strength boosting armour and some armour that is good against range just use protect from melée whole time and piety or chivalry if u have neither then use super strength.

first thing u have to do is to get in there, once hartwin gives u the varrock tele after exploring the cave , go back to varrock and to the captain guy tell him about zombies then after ur conversation go back to zombies =)

I bring 4 bunyip pouches, 2 super sets, monkfish and summoning pot. If you got 68 summon bring bunyips it will make your trips longer and you hardly need food ;)
