But the BBC, particularly BBC Scotland, is a big offender. Political Scandals that come out are "contained" and "controlled" in Scotland. Depending on the party involved, Important news is squeaked for a moment by few media sources and other less important, mundane issues are headlined (and visa versa depending on the party involved).It's called sweeping under the carpet, or depending on the party involved, creating a storm in a tea cup. Again this is common knowledge.

I don't think you believe you are lying. You're just not aware of the truth. I am. The facts are often concealed by the media via the government eg the "articles" you've read. That includes the newspapers, radio, the BBC(yes the BBC) and just about all of the mainstream media. If you believe we have a free press and truthful journalism in the UK (when it comes to serious matters) then you are mistaken. The media in Scotland is a reserved power for Westminster.

It's when a country spends money, eg spending £10 and makes £15. England

has not done that for a very very long time. England runs on a deficit and is still in

debt at the end of the year, while Scotland has no debt by the end of the year and a

little extra in it's pocket. this little extra (1.3 billion) is spent by Westminster outside of

Scotland.

Even when long term capital and infrastructure investments were factored in Scotland was still showing a far superior performance than the UK showing a 2.6% deficit against the UK’s 6.7%.
