Federal guidlines says marijuana is illegal therefor federal guidlines say that marijuana users cannot legally purchase or own a firearm even if state law says they can. Federal law superseeds state laws. Also federally marijuana is illegal so technically there are still no legal users in the US.

Most "medical" marijuanna "patients" are 18-25 year olds with absolutely nothing wrong with them and they just go to these places to by drugs by either lying to the doctor, or the doctors being in on it.
