Not even close to his best 'one liner'. But the fact that everyone loves this just proves that Sean Lock is one funny fucker! I watch 8/10 Cats every night just for him, even tho they fucking repeat the same 2 damn shows every night!!!!!!!!!!
@GrungeLord33 oh, and also what didn't you understand about my comment 'What I'm saying is Jupitus is an unfunny cunt who has no place on a comedy show.'
My favourite Sean Lock moment was on 8 out of ten cats. Jimmy asked him what he thought about smoking and he just went "I think it's great. More people should smoke!"
@BillBuchananFtw Just took a look......didnt find it funny to be honest. I did only watch 5 minutes of the first episode though, so there is still a chance il like it :)
Thanks for the heads up, il have another look when i have more time
I don't understand those kinds of people. I think of it like this: God made everything. God is the most powerful being. Therefore God is responsible for witches.
I don't know about you guys, but I'd be pretty pissed about parts of my science project beating up other parts saying they're doing stuff i said nothing about and punishing them for it. Although i suspect after the Crusades, He's just not talking to use anymore, what with all that lord's name in vain and killing and such.
@TheWatcherxx99 that one had me in stitches, also his one about no evidence that full moon turns people mad - "Well why do I go out killing?" it was completely ignored by Fry and the panel but had me crying
@Ostrogothicus LOL He's brill. I actually misread your quote and thought it said "Why would I go without killing?" lol love him.Have you seen this one w w w.you tube.c om/wa tch?v=0vbYsI83qQQ&feature=related
My favorite of his is from QI when he said he was in the zoo and he was asked if he wanted to hold a koala bear, and that it 'accidentally' slipped onto his finger. Or when he said that there are scratchmarks on the walls down the stairs to the basement of his house after all the times he pulled his kids down there. And ofcourse his standup bit about Twitter.
Favourite Sean Lock moment is when Jeremy Clarkson says, 'I had a puffin last week. That's not delicious, but the point of eating it was 'cause I'd never had one before.' And Lock says, 'Have you tried one of my turds?'
Which episode of 8 out of 10 cats is my favourite Sean moment from? Please help me because I can't find it. A female panelist makes a stupid, obvious (sexist) remark about men being useless or something and Sean reels off lists of great things men have done. I just can't find it.
@StickItUpYrBumGugle Given the amount of sexist crap he has spouted on that show and others, you'd think he could handle having a tiny bit thrown back at him. Sexist men don't get to complain and sexism from women.
My favourite Sean Lock moment has to be the TV Heaven Telly Hell episode with Omid Jalili when Omid's talking about chatting up girls with this strange mouth-music thing he can do. Watch it, I guarantee you won't be disappointed :)
The day after I saw Sean Lock's rant about child actors for the first time I had to Drama with my class (I'm a teacher!). However, I had to leave the room with the giggles after a few wooden deliveries of our script that we'd been working on which reminded me of the child actors rant!
its funny because as is often the case on QI, Sean sits there a little bored or overwhelmed by the factual stuff coming out of Fry's mouth... then every so often he comes in with a killer line
@cjitgomd 'Overwhelmed' is a good word to sum up Sean's attitude. Some people think that he doesn't pay attention to what others are saying or doesn't like learning, but it's clearly not true. As a natural comedian, he just immediately looks for what might be funny about it. If he can't think of anything, he can come across as dismissive, but most of the time he's clearly interested.
@cjitgomd Are you serious? Sean Lock is quite clearly one of the most intelligent funnymen of our generation. Sure he maintains the "journeyman" vibe but he is essentially the greatest comedian of the 2000's and if you can consider him nothing more than a sit-along the you honestly have no worthwhile opinion to share. Stephen Fry may be intelligent, but he has an auto-cue, Sean Lock does not. That's the genius of Sean Lock defeating the pessimism and lack of imagination in his critics.
@SeannyFontaine Keep in mind Sean Lock was just a labourer on a building site before becoming a comedian, you cannot compare this with the level of education that Stephen Fry has received.
Sean Lock has shown that he is by no means a stupid man, but it's impossible to compare him with Stephen Fry.
@cjitgomd Like when stephen fry and some other guy were talking about birds and everyone was bored he started pretending that there was a black hole under his desk and he was getting sucked in, This guy is really funny.

Two men, both wearing glasses, one is fat and thinks he's funny, the other actually is funny.
What I'm saying is Jupitus is an unfunny cunt who has no place on a comedy show.

@GrungeLord33 The more pertinent question would be 'What's right with Jupitus?'
The answer is: 'Nothing'.
