@PIEDPIPEROFGLOOM well that's what you get for being gullible enough to think listening to a sound on youtube is going to make you smarter, rather than going out and ACTUALLY STUDYING.
I decided to play this whilst studying and after a couple of minutes i had to stop it because i couldn't stop yawning haha definitely not recommended for studying, but for relaxing it definitely works!
Human ear cannot hear 12 Hz frequency. But as it seems - the brain can. Give one headphone on your forehead !!! AMAZING deeeeeep tone of 12 Hz will appear !
When I hear this through my pc speakers I can hear a clear fast tempo beat. When I use headphone speakers Left only: continuous tone Right only: slightly different continuous tone. Left and right together I hear, not so much as a beat as with the pc speakers but closer to a pulse and much slower. Anybody else experience this? and is this what I should be expecting when listened to through headphones?
@Skyswinger Yes! Of course. And more: try to give left or right headphone on your forehead. I actually STOP hearing the pulse AND I hear clear tone - SOUND of 12 Hz !!! Unbelievable ! Try it !
That is probably normal . For me i hear a lower tone in the left ear , a higher tone in the right ear , and a very slight pulsating tone when using both earphones
@toobadsosad559 It depends: For assignments, I would recommend it. But for studying, it can go either way: Do you want to know everything and not understand it? If not, go listen to a Beta or Theta binaural beat, but I prefer Theta.
I'm in G12 and I have been doing schoolwork for the past 10 hours. I haven't been getting hardly any sleep lately, and the last time I slept was around 22 hours ago. I turned this on and suddenly felt more alert. My head wanted to droop down, and my eyes wanted to close. So I went with it, and then it feels like I'm spinning. At first I was spinning counter clockwise but when I thought about it, I could control the direction I felt like I was spinning. Very strange, but it seems to be helping.
I am pretty sure that if you play two different frequencies, 10hz and 12hz for example, simultaneously in separate ears, your brain would tune to the frequency that is the difference between the two you are playing. In this case, there is a difference of two (it's not what frequency that's between the two) so your brain would tune to the frequency of 2hz, which I think is associated with nerve regeneration. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here. Thanks.
Listen 2 it for awhile.. Change the volume by 10 percent or so.. It changes it sounds completely lol.. Then try decreasing and increasing at a steady pace
For what it's worth I've tried Holosync. I use their Theta CD and it helps a lot with chronic pain, I highly recommend Theta for anyone with chronic pain issues. Of course we're all different so you might need to experiment with Alpha and Delta also to see if those work better for you.
Some of the beats out on the Net don't work at all. So don't give up, just keep on looking as there are good one out there. You might have to pay a little bit for them but they are totally worth it.
@ziggyart I'm replying to myself...heh-heh. Just had to add that I listened last night and this morning and these beats are amazing. Excellent, high quality beats, the best I've ever heard. I don't need to look any further for good beats and either do you. :)
After listening to some of these binary beats I started to notice them in other places. I enter a building and I can here the A/C system cycling and it sounds so clear. Some vehicles too. I seem to be sensitive to it now. It doesn't bother me at all, I just notice it.
@mrbriggysmalls I don't get that. I get pure tones like in hearing tests myself. On two occasions there was a 'thundering' that seemed more like an overwhelming of the ear.
I fell into a blissful sleep listening to the previous (Delta) not realising the playlist was on autoplay, then I got to this and started having horrific nightmares!
@daykinator I also had vivid dreams after listening to theta beat. I always dream vivid but much more so after listening. I'm going to try delta after theta and see what happens :)
does one have the guaranty that this will be effective after 1hr session?? i get in also when i get deep into music...my mind gets clear, concentration accurate, very good creativity..fast learning..very good mood, good circulation, stress gone, emotional stability..sometimes arousal when i get deeper..lmao..just happy and i sync with the universe and good things happen after...this is why i believe in music and not prayers.
I have a stupid question.... I'm not sure how all this sound stuff works but wouldn't you have to make sure that your headphones will reproduce the sound at the same frequency levels for this to work? Like most headphones only rate down to 49hz so does that mean they're not producing the true frequency of a bianural beat at 12hz?? Am I not thinking about this right??
The way Binaural Beats work is you have two different tones being played in each ear, and it is the difference in frequency between these tones which causes your brain the produce the "binaural beat"
For example, the base frequency in this 1 hour session is 180hz, this means in one ear, you will have a tone of 180hz played into it, in your other ear, a tone will be played, 12hz either above or below the base frequency. Hope I helped. :D
@volsavilla The best session for memory or perception would have to be Gamma. Imagine if you gave your brain a good kick in the pants to wake it up and pay attention. That's Gamma. I recommend Gamma with both binaural and isochronic beats.
@Keezree No, gamma is not good for learning and memorisation. It's too fast. You can't really concentrate in such a high frequency mood.
The best studying frequencies seem to be higher alpha/ beta for understanding and lower alpha/ theta for memorisation. I prefer 14Hz for both understanding and memorisation and 8Hz for repetition/ memorisation, frequencies produced by BrainWave Generator.. Works best for me.
this is the one you want to memorize in your ears, if you are a hypnotist, for this is the place where the the ego begins to drift away, the opening door to the subconscious. thanks
