Why don't you "OPEN" your ears? when you play an harmonica like that, he has NO IDEA what note he's hitting. Harmonica requires ZERO concentration when playing. Try playing piano. That's one of the toughest instrument.
ok, so if you hit any note on a harmonica whenever you want it sounds great, but if you hit any note on the piano whenever you want, it doesn't? that makes absolutely no f*ckin* sense at all.
the piano is only harder in terms of moving to hit a note, while the harmonica is right in front of your face. that's it. if you went up in front of an audience with a harmonica and just ran your mouth up and down blowing whatever note you felt like at whatever times you wanted, you would be run off the stage. notes are notes whether you know the name or not. play them on whatever instrument you want, you still need to know how to string them together or you'll suck.
and is with you and the piano? did you play it, find it hard, and then just assume that's because it's so freaking godly or something. physically playing those ridiculous chords at a good rate on a piano is difficult to master but piano or harmonica, you need to hit the right notes in the right sequence at the proper times. Conclusion: LD is great.

The worlds greatest guitarists, drummers and bass guitarists rarely make a living from their instrument. I'm referring to technical metal bands the musicians who perform in these bands often make very little money. Does this mean they also have no talent.

No offense to them or anything, but I like to judge based on their talents, NOT how sentimental they can get or their looks, etc. Yes, that kid has talent, but you tell me, is it REALLY worth ONE MILLION dollars? Boy, that kid is freakin amazing. I am floored by his performance. Not worth a million? People would readily give a million dollars to someone to play what he just played on an electric guitar. He freakin rocks, he'll be signing deals when he's older.

Meet a family that actually cares about each other. They've been playing together as a family for 7 years, I'm proud of LD that he was upset when his brother was insulted.

first of all, throwing around insults so much on the internet doesn't make you look tough. you're probably some sissy who walks around with a big group of other guys and wouldn't dare say anything bad to anyone unless you're with them, in school with teachers around, or on the internet.

you must be or you wouldn't care so much about being in front of millions of people who will probably never have any effect on your life anyway. you're a reputation whore who talks tough to make himself look good. that kid may have cried, but that's just because he knows beating down the judge isn't going to help. he thinks it's wrong to insult his brother and he doesn't give a crap if other people see him cry. that's way stronger than you'll ever be.

do u ever see "professional" harmonica player who actually makes living off it? "real" musicians dont even treat harmonica as instrument. other instruments are hard cuz you have to move your fingers to press on a hole in limited amount of time which makes it tough. harmonica? just moving your mouth can make a sound.
oh yeah, playing harmonica is not a million dollar talent. and i did not think that piano girl was good either.

The worlds greatest guitarists, drummers and bass guitarists rarely make a living from their instrument. I'm referring to technical metal bands the musicians who perform in these bands often make very little money. Does this mean they also have no talent.

I don't really like the Miller's acts. No offense to them or anything, but I like to judge based on their talents, NOT how sentimental they can get or their looks, etc. Yes, that kid has talent, but you tell me, is it REALLY worth ONE MILLION dollars? Compared with other amazing talents? In my opinion, I think not!

Awesome.. It sounds like an experienced guitarist who's been emersed in music theory for 10 years.. for his age he has some serous talent. They should stay together.. the dude's voice/guitar fits with the kid's style... I donno.. the kid reminds me of John Belushi for some reason... all in all he's AWESOME

This ain't no kid, this is a SUPERSTAR... It's gonna be tough between he and Bianca, it'll come down to performances. What a shame they can't change format to where they'll have a FINALS pitting JD and Bianca. Nonetheless, we'll be seeing a lot from both.

Aw, I felt so bad for the younger one when they told him to ditch his older brother and he starting crying. Aw! Anyway, that kid can play the harmonica!!! They're cool dudes.
