What amazing talent & nuances. Scott Joplin is exceedingly difficult to play- & express. I believe this guy gets it. Yamaha? Fair. Scott Joplin was originally playing in brothels on an upright. Sort of vintage jukebox hero for Early American Gentleman's Clubs.Beautiful. Even the MIDI don't kill Joplin's Rag tunes.

Yes, yes, yes! You've heard of dynamics and musicality and you applied them well through out the entire piece. Brilliant use of rit. and varying of tempo to build suspense. Too often ppl start this piece like a bat outta hell and let it fly without considering where and when this piece would've been played. You gave it that "saloon" feeling/sound... Awesome! I think you're ready for The Cascades, my fav of Joplin's work. Keep up the great work!

@MrMario8996 I agree that you require some form of training but talent is also a large factor . I know someone who has taken lessons for over 10 years and still isn't very good. Whilst one of my friends has only taken lessons for two years, then stopped, and played for fun on his own for another two years. He can play this piece and some other pieces that are quite difficult. It does help that his aunt is a concert pianist so the talent is in the family, which confirms my point.
