From what I see here I gather your vest is designed to provide some form of resistance training for the intercostal muscles, is that right?

I'm curious as to how the results of this would differ to - say - training in a low air pressure environ.

From an engineering perspective, I'd probably want to change the straps for a series of integrated tubes that could be inflated to create the constricting effect (much like that used in blood-pressure monitor-things).

From what I can see the respivest is unique because the resistance is applied to the chest and therefore it potentially creates eccentric loading.

When waa this aired, before or after dragons den. I think the respivest is fantastic.

and this awesome product also puts pressure on your liver and stomach (which are right behind the diaphragm) and after wearing it long term you'll have water in your lungs but HEY, go buy it, because the man endosring it has PHD and his friend athlete says its a good product.
