  • The title of the song is "As Long As I Can Hold My Breath"

  • close , its Forever Hold Your Breath' from a Song From Lost Blossoms, the one to which you refer is the version on Avalon Sutra

  • Nope, moonliner was right. I've always wanted to do this though. must be hard to find a audience that would appreciate this kind of improvisation.

  • nope.... i am right ,check 'A song for lost Blossoms. on Darla records for this live version

  • I always hear Budd on Echoes and it usually steals the show. I wish I could find an interview with him somewhere... for all his eloquence in his music he's an enigma to me.

  • hello everyone, tell me please how did you know Harold had a new album coming out (to have it pre-ordered) I have all Harold's albums including the very special PERHAPS from the Sylvian site. I thought Harold had retired and was releasing no more albums and he only has a link on the Sylvian site (that I can find) as update information. . . . OR AM I MISSING SOMEHTING?... thanks

  • Music to hold the one you love to in a quiet corner of a dimly lit room, with the rest of the world; asleep.

  • I just received this album in the mail today, after waiting anxiously for it for 5 months!!

This album was well-well worth the wait! I have a lot of Budd records at this point, and I honestly think that this is my favorite Budd album now. The first song is 32 minutes long, and it is simply beyond words. I truly adore this music.

Thank you Harold Budd and Clive Wright for this truly special special music. I will treasure these recordings for the rest of my life. Many thanks.

  • This is mesmerizing. I pre-ordered this CD and I am looking forward to the release in October. It's amazing how many talented artists that Harold Budd has worked with.

  • the looped background music is "As long as I can hold my breath" performed by Harold Budd and Akira Rabelais and produced by David Sylvian and Akira Rabelais
