I have a really random question. It it possible to move those icons such as Browser, Mail Etc. (on the home screen) to somewhere where you wouldint hit them all the time? or are they permanently stuck there?

@TCToucan You can hold down the icon you want to move. When you hold it down about 3-5 seconds it is selected by it's self and you have the option to drag it off to the bottom where it says delete. Don't owrry it doesn't delete the app it just deletes it off the screen. Then if you would like to place it back you can open the menu and hold it again and place it on the screen. Hoped that helped.

I love my Eris. 2.1 runs fairly well, especially if you use an aftermarket launcher. GO Launcher is amazing, and will make the device much quicker than with the Sense UI.

and, when your calling someone, takes forever too call! and you can never use, it when it's on charge! and when your texting, it takes forever too show you what you typed!

Hey Mike! wish you would have talked a little more about the hardware buttons and showed them in action. This is the one feature that I wish all phones would still have...it kind of helps keep them working well as an actual phone because buttons are easier to find and accurately press, especially while driving. and MissfilipinaNinja! I totally agree with you. HTC phones are great, I have the EVO and love it.

I don't understand why people hate this phone so much. People are comparing it to the newer Droid phones, which is kinda fucking dumb. It's good enough and does what you need to. Mine still works like the day I got it. Battery isn't the greatest, but I can live with it. The only time mine lags is if I have Handcent sms open and I'm deleting like 60+ texts and using like 4 other apps.
