  • It only cost $81,600.00

  • can anybody tell me how do they fabricate those small gears??

  • watch porn :D

  • Fukin Genius!!!

  • oh i think ive just shit myself.

  • Anyone that comments about not being able to tell time from this amazing creation doesn't deserve to own a watch.

Seriously, if you can't read the time on this, you can't read time on a cheap digital watch either. It's laid out right in front of you for god sake.

  • Imagine losing it.

  • So...what time is it?

  • best fucking advertisement ever

  • What company modeled/animated this?

  • @IMcRobbie

    CG animation : I-reel.fr

Music : Glimpse Lab (facebook page)

  • @sibanak8888 Thanks a lot!

  • Cooles Video, super Uhr! Ein ganz besonderer Stil - mit Sicherheit eine der innovativsten Edelschmieden unserer Zeit! Alles Gute & weiter so !!!

  • اللي جاي من تويتر يسوي لايك ^_^

  • UGLY AS HELL.

  • i wouldnt buy this one even if it was for 2 dollars... looks so ugly...

  • @hristijank2 There's no way you're saying that just to:

    1) Be a rebel

    2) Feel smug about disliking a very expensive thing

What you said is most definitely an honest, straightforward opinion.

  • @GLaDOSsMailerDaemon damn straight :D

  • [ADD TO WISHLIST]

  • $120,000 US dollars. yeah right

  • Like everything Urwerk makes... "Holy shit." Every time I go to Vegas I love to look at their watches just because they are so unique. Kudos!

  • @Jubbu1 That's nothing. 400.000 for the Cabestan "Tourbillion Winch Watch".. And that's just the base model's price...

  • @01000011011010000110 In dollars that is..

  • Dear Santa...

  • I obviously am not someone worthy of a watch like this because I can't read the time after watching replays 6 times over....But my god its beautiful

  • I wonder how the Powerpuff Girls sent me to this... oO

  • And how much does it cost? $80,000!

  • Its isn't a human made :)

  • @TongueMagic69

try tokyoflash japan! Is actually quite the opposite as they sell LED watches and not mechanical but they're not too expensive, very extraordinary and good quality... Cheers!

  • Almost as good as zenith zero g

  • Thumbs up for creativity!

Also, who are the 3 assholes that did not like that?

  • There are only three people that make up Urwerk- the Baumgartner brothers, watchmakers and engineers; and Martin Frei, the designer. The Baumgartner brothers are responsible for all contract manufacturing of parts and assembly of the final timepieces. Because only these two people are responsible, only ten or so watches are made every year.

  • @douro20 The are actually around 12 people now working for URWERK and Thomas Baumgartner left the company over 6 years ago. URWERK now produces around 100 timepieces per year.

  • How much is it, I got a Citizen but I really like this one

  • @CGproductions15 It is around $90,000 - a bit more than your Citizen

  • This is a fantastic example of absurd and terrible design aimed at rich people. The normal movement of the watch obscures dials in the watch, greatly limiting its usability. That's on top of the silly and non-standard way of telling time with it. Also, it needs oil changes. I guess you should take watches in for a servicing occasionally, but my grandfather's father's pocket watch is still running today, and it's never needed an "oil change", or any servicing aside from a crystal replacement.

  • @Mistraker I agree. But nowadays rich people don't buy watches to tell time. That's the problem.

  • @Mistraker

It´s about what can be done, it´s about doing some esquisite design above the usual. Nowdays u can know the time looking your cellphone. So the point is to make a jewellery. If u dont understand, u can always buy a casio, that don´t need to change oil.

  • @krooner

So my options are purchasing a hideous and overpriced monstrosity that vaguely resembles a watch, except having no useful way to tell time, like the watch in the video, or to own a Casio, eh?

I guess I'll have to throw away this rather nice skeleton automatic I have on my wrist right now. It's a pity, since it looks far better than the horrible watch-thing in the video, is easy to tell the time on, cost me a fraction of the price (around $500), and will never need an oil change.

  • @krooner I like that your response to me not liking some watch that you like is to put on a smug attitude and tell me I should go buy a Casio if I don't watch to change the oil in my watch, too. You say it as if the only nice watches in the world are ones that are this ugly, this expensive, and require oil changes, when it fact that isn't true of most nice watches. I would further suggest that this isn't a nice watch at all, and just something absurd aimed at people with more money than sense.

  • that is a $338,000 dollar watch

  • THIS wathc looks amazing. nad it is,indeed

  • Only 88k. Go for it. What a deal

  • PROJECT4D!!!

  • That's a pretty gay watch.

  • @synestheticmonotony Your pretty gay

  • Urwerk team,you out-do yourselves every time

  • While unusual and complicated, URWERK's watches are designed and constructed for every day use and are very reliable.

  • How reliable are these watches anyway compared to the traditional mechanical watch?

  • I almost pissed my pants watching this promo!!!! This will be my next watch!! Mean while still in love with my AP diver!!!

  • @Obelisk1990

Actress, soccer players, artists, politics, traders, singers etc...

    A lot of people actually!!

  • I just came.....

  • autobots transform!

  • It starts out cool until you see it in its "housing" at the end. the mechanism in the middle is just fantastic though.

  • Another great watch from Urwerk, totally new design but same concept with the rotating satelites, I would say that is the pinical of Urwerk DNA. Really like it, great great job.

  • Genialllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • хотеть

  • esta fregon yo lo quiero

  • yo quiero unooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • I love it, for sure my favorite Urwerk.

  • Skip to about 1:11 to see the watch itself and not boring computer animations of fragments flying everywhere.

  • @ablestmage I did the same thing

  • cool watch...the music seems like a mix from daft punk and inception

  • Absolutely fantastic. The music selection is fittingly sinister and mechanical, and it suits the advertisement perfectly. I want that song. And that watch.

  • Arguably one of the best watch presentations ever. Stunning work guys!
