  • You say mormons are not christians but they study the bible more then anyone I have ever seen, they do more service then anyone I gave ever seen and they put every ounce of trust they have in their lord and redeemer jesus chrisr

  • This is what Paul had to say about you Mormons. He prophesied about you before you even existed and he even said in what manner YOUR "new blasphemous gospel" would appear. By an angel(Moroni)...hmmm...talk about NOT reading the whole Bible.

Galatians 1:8 " But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one WE (Paul and the Apostles) preached to you, let him be accursed."

The Writer of 2 thirds of the new testament said that, not me.

  • @kramer87 Paul is preaching to Galatia, because they were reverting to old Jewish practices that were done away with. I suppose the Context of the bible is insignificant to you. You just whore the words to your own whims, don't you? If you put the bible back into context it will make allot more sense to you and the rest of us.

    Galatians 1:6-9 does NOT apply

We teach the SAME Gospel as the apostles did anciently.

  • wow talk about taking verses out of context... an using an inaccurate translation of the bible (KJV)...

taking a single verse out of context and manipulating it until it meets your criteria is blasphemy.

anyone who tries to be legalistic like this "the priesthood only comes with the laying on of hands" - question: who laid their hands on Paul? Jesus? James? if these men didn't have some dude's hands laid on them, would they not receive the holy spirit?

  • @davideidsvoog Paul did have one that held authority to ordain him, because he wouldn't have been an apostle otherwise. Just because the incomplete bible doesn't mention it doesn't mean it never happened. The original 12 were all ordained by the laying on of hands by Christ himself. When after Judas committed suicide, they replaced him and ordained one. The foundation of the twelve was to run the church in Christ's absense, and their authority did not continue the 100AD.

  • @246emochick i think its funny how the pharisees, sadduccees, essenes, etc also thought the same of Jesus Christ during his day as you claim the main christian faiths think of the lds during this latter-day. Do not follow mainstream as satan generally has control of the majority whereas the path of christ is the one less taken. Wide is the way and broad is the gate that leadeth to destruction....Strait is the gate and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it...

  • Mormons , Scientology , and Jehovah witness.. All the same. Didn't John smith think he was from another galaxy?

  • Stop plucking verses!!!! That drives me crazy, you cant pluck one verse and take it out of content like that! heres a story for you: A man got saved when he was a teenager but walked away from God in his 20s, but he came back ten years later and said to God, "im sorry Lord, ill do what ever You tell me too." so he decided to open his Bible and point to a verse, he did and it said "And he hung himself." He closed his Bible and tried again, this time it said, "Quickly do likewise"

  • Mormons aren't Christians because they put they trust in Smith and what he said and they use other things then the Bible to teach so called "truth" Christian means little Christ. God gave us the Bible, not the book of mormon. the book of mormon is just a story book. Everything in the Bible has been proved historically. The book of mormon is lies made up by one man. Mormons are not Christians because they don't put their whole heart in to believing and serving God the way He told us to.

  • @hockeymonky414 hahhahahahaha, oh wow. "Everything in the bible has been proven historically", I'm actually crying from laughing at you right now. Everything like Egypt being hit by massive widespread death and then a mass exodus of it's slave population, like a catastrophic world wide flood that devastated the worlds population. I would love for you to provide the facts to back that up. In a related subject, we believe the Book of Mormon to be another witness of Christ. dig it?

  • @TheJerome1232 what ever, im not gonna made you change ur mind on a religion. i know im covered anyway, because if what you believe is true im set but if what i believe is true, ur the one going to hell

  • The LDS Institute Men's Association and the LDS Institute Women's Association are serving final semesters before ceding to termination, in December. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced it has decided to end the programs in order to focus on participation in young single adult stakes.

Logan Institute of Religion Director Wayne Dymock said he received notice in June by the church's Board of Education, and the 20 IWA chapters and three IMA chapters were to be discontinued.

  • OK......where to even begin......Im speechless and incensed at the same time.....arg....there they go AGAIN, never seen such deceptive, mind bending, manipulating, scripture twisting as the Mormons do. It is INCREDIBLE sad to me how Mormons defend the diabolical delusions in their doctrine, all the while only presenting HALF of that stupid "gospel" Pity, Pity Pity

  • Wow, you totally ruined a cool song by attatching it to this piece of propaganda garbage...look ashamed !

  • So do I !!!!

  • I love being Mormon!

  • Gvyy

  • This is not an attempt to defend ourselves, it's stating facts! Read the verses in the KJB

  • We aren't trying to defend ourselves, we are stating facts!!! Read your KJB!

  • I love how they're trying to defend themselves.

  • You are taking literally every scripture out of context that you just used. Plus you didn't include one thing that Mormons believe that Christians don't so yeah you can say they have similarities but Islam and Mormons have similarities too but that doesn't make them Muslim's or Mormons right.

And what about the Mormon tablet? You know the one that you can only see with the glasses? and there both lost?

I am really not trying to call anyone stupid but if your right then prove me wrong.

  • dude you're an idiot. Duet 32:8 doesn't speak about people before they're alive.it speaks about the location which you can call your own considering that your seed will be plenty. Meaning. One family will get a lot of land cause they'll have a lot of kids and they'll have certain riches cause they'll need it.

  • so where in the bible does it say that

-There are multiple gods in the universe

-God was once a man who rose to Godhood

-That us men can rise to Godhood

I can tell you what the bible does say:

-There is only one God of the universe DEUT 4:39

    -God is Eternal Psalm 119:89

-We can never become gods Genesis 3

  • @schpoogie What is the point of saying "...where in the bible..." when you know we believe there is more scripture than just the Holy Bible? Therefore why would I defend my beliefs using only the portion that you use as scripture?

Why is gGod often referred to as "The most high God" if there are no other gods?

BTW ask a Jew or a Muslim if Christians are Monotheistic, they reject the trinity doctrine as such.1

  • @TheJerome1232 My point was to show that mormon beliefs contradict what the bible says. So God is refered to as "The most high God" does that mean that he is the highest of all the gods in the universe? Wow how lucky are we! No it says that because the Israelites had problems worshiping other false gods. Huh? Jews and Muslims aren't experts in christianity. Answer this, mormon's believe Jesus is God and they deny the trinity, well now you have 2 Gods, Elohim and Jesus, thats not monotheistic.

  • Comment removed

  • @schpoogie I removed my earlier post because it felt like it was trying to be controversial. Even just using the Bible, the Trinity Doctrine is clearly contradicted in various portions. Where God and Jesus are speaking from different area's, Jesus is seen in vision standing at the right hand of God etc... To say that my belief that God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost are 3 individuals comprising a Godhead is not biblical, is selectively choosing verses to believe imo.

  • @TheJerome1232Thats ok buddy. I don't think you understand what the trinity is, we don't believe that Jesus is the Father is the Holy Spirit. That is unitarianism. We believe in one living and true God, everlasting, without passion of infinite power, wisdom and goodness and maker of all things. And in unity of this Godhead are the three Persons, of one substance, power and eternity; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

  • @schpoogie Your right, perhaps my understanding is flawed. Thanks for clarifying. I have never studied it deeply. I still am seeing "of one substance" though. To me that means one being (which I would reject). Can you clarify that? It still strikes me as being slightly at odds with what Peter says in his letter to the Hebrews. The first Chapter. After I signed off today I just kinda open randomly here, and to me it talks about God and Jesus being separate individuals, what is your opinion?

  • BRIGHAM YOUNG 2nd Prophet and President

"You see some classes of the human family that are black, uncouth, uncomely, disagreeable, sad, low in their habits, wild, and seemingly without the blessings of the intelligence that is generally bestowed upon mankind.

"Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African race? If the white man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of Cain, the penalty, under the law of God, is death on the spot. This will always be so."

  • (1901 - 1918) JOSEPH FIELDING SMITH 10th Prophet and President

"I would not want you to believe that we bear any animosity toward the Negro. "Darkies" are wonderful people, and they have their place in our church."

"Not only was Cain called upon to suffer, but because of his wickedness he became the father of an inferior race.

"... and they have been 'despised among all people.' This doctrine did not originate with President Brigham Young but was taught by the Prophet Joseph Smith ..."

  • I just said it wasn't "Official Doctrine" (at least as far as I know) Official Doctrine can be found in our standard works, The Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, The Pearl of Great Price, and The Holy Bible.

I just don't see how whether God was once a man or not is very pertinent to my belief in him. I also don't see how someone who beliefs in the Trinity doctrine can scoff at the belief. After all don't you believe God came to earth in the personage of Jesus? I don't understand it at all

  • @TheJerome1232 For every so-called "weird" Mormon belief, there are ten "weird" mainstream Christian beliefs, so I find it absurd when faithful Christians attempt to portray Mormons as "weird." If you paint Mormonism as weird, you must paint most all religions as weird. Can't have your cake and eat it, too.

  • @DefendingMormonism also job 38 speaks about God talking to job not saying that he(Job) was around before he was born, rather God is saying that He made this world from the very foundation, job wasn't there God was so how could he understand his ways. When the Stars(morning stars) were new ( sing together) and the sons of God (Angels) shout for joy. you know nothing about scripture yet you post it as though you have a deeper understanding than others. Just stop, you follow a liar.

  • Respond to this video... Jeremiah 1:5 speaks of how God Knows all things before, during, and after it happens. Of how he knows all things. It means that he was destined to be a prophet before he was born. Not because he was one in your made up antemortal but because he was always gonna be a prophet. You can't change your fate, you can only live in it. If you live according to God and not some racist Joseph smith then you can be saved through faith and mercy. never work

  • Respond to this video... I've already proven my point about God knowing all. you just make a weak case for your cult to every call yourselves Christians. why not just call yourselves JW's it's the same thing.Man doesn't like the laws of the church and makes up his own laws with his own bible and his own rules that everyone must follow if they want to be his friend. You're such a idiotic loser. Both Jeremiah and 1 Peter speak of God knowing all not of a stupid antemortal lie

  • Respond to this video... You sure you don't want to change your name to defeating mormonism.

Psalms 86 speaks about how there is only 1 true God, that the God almighty the One true Living God, the Only God, is the God over everything even false gods. BTW Explain Mark 12:32. Since you think there's more than 1God. If your cult isn't a Cult then why do you have gods for each planet and why do you get to become a god when you die a good mormon?

  • Respond to this video... BTW the rest of that scripture in Psalms is 6: I have said, Ye are gods: and all ofyou are children of the most high

7: But ye shall die like men,and fall like one of the princes.

8: Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

  • Respond to this video... Again. 1John3:2 Speaks about Angels talking about sons of God. Hence why Jesus is also stated as being the Son of God. man is known as the sons of man.not of God.

  • @anonymousnamealso Do you honestly think you going to shake anyone's faith by throwing random verses out of a book we have all read, claiming they clearly contradict our faith based on your interpretation. Calling people names, is hurtful, and un-Christlike. Calling my religion a cult, is insulting. Your condescending attitude is insulting.

Why is it such an impossibility to you, for man to receive revelation in modern times. God spoke to man in ancient times, why would he change?

  • @TheJerome1232 Not trying to be rude because as you stated that is unchrist like, But the belief that God Gave a Man revelation is NOT impossible but if He really was a prophet from God then his Prophecies would of come to pass and a lot of them haven't For example, Joseph Smith claimed that before 1891, Jesus would return. Joseph was killed 1844, and he never reached 85 and considering the state the world is in I'm Guessing Christ did not come back in 1891.

  • @BrooksBigsby The best lies are half truths.

Joseph Smith never claimed Christ would return in 1891, ever. This is the exact quote, it's in D&C Section 130, I only included verse 15 due to character constraints. If you read on, Joseph states his uncertainty about it's meaning.

15 Joseph, my son, if thou livest until thou art eighty-five years old, thou shalt see the face of the Son of Man; therefore let this suffice, and trouble me no more on this matter.

  • @BrooksBigsby Btw I don't think you were rude at all, your brought up a valid point, with a real argument, which can result in real discussion, after all whether Joseph Smith was a prophet or not is really the core isn't it? If he was then what I belief is true, if he wasn't than it's all an elaborate lie.

  • @TheJerome1232 dude your stupidity is insulting and claiming to be christian while dealing with magic and other BS things is even further insulting. OH you speak about me pulling random Versus. It's the same ones you idiot that's in the video. You're the ones pulling random versus and yet you don't even know what they mean. The bible said that Yahoweh (YHWH) is the only true living God. That the only way into heaven is through Christ and only way in is through faith. NOT WORKS... You're a cult.

  • @DefendingMormonism I do and I have.

  • @DefendingMormonism All of the beliefs and differences of a religion are weird when looking from the inside out but I think God is graceful and won't care about diff little beliefs. Just the main thing. BUt christains and mormons main beliefs are just a little different making a big difference and if you didnt know there was a difference, look in to it and find out what you believe is the truth.

  • @bloopadoodleydoo What? Different little beliefs? Mormons believe THEY can Attain GOD Status and become a God over their OWN race of people!

That is exactly what SATAN said! I will become like the MOST HIGH! And satan fell as a result! NO one will attain the power and majesty and Glory of God The Father, The ONLY GOD To ever exist!

These are not small differences. Mormons are carrying out Satans WILLS and DESIRES!

  • @kramer87 Woah there fella. It doesn't say anything like that. Stop feeding people lies or is that lie really what you heard? The bible states that we are gods already, but nowhere does it say we will usurp the Godhead anywhere. We are to attain the same status as Jesus Christ thru obedience on this earth. If you do not what we say you have no promise. I dare you to prove to me in any way what you said is true, because I'm here to tell ya, that you don't have clue.

  • @LDS4Life71 What of The Revelation of St. John the Divine then? Chapter 3. This is John receiving Revelation from the risen Lord. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

  • @kramer87 I meant to say. "God said do what he says through obedience to the commandments. If u do not what God says, you have NO promise."

  • Wow man this makes no sence attal to be honest.. It's just verse taken out of the bible.. And have been twisted by man... Aka Joseph smith.. And a book wrote by someone call Mormon that made his own religion furthering away from Jesus

  • The book of Mormon has many direct contradictions to the bible. In fact the book if Mormon is a contradiction itself. In revelation it says 'Whoever adds onto the words of this holy book, I will add to him the punishments described within this book'. They are totally separate and we prodestant BORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS believe that mormonism is in no way Christian and in no way supported by Christ. However, I will say mormons are some of the most kind people on earth. But regardless it is asinine t

  • @ChasesAppReviews born again christians are living a lie, and do not follow the bible. The bible was compiled only because the remnant 4th century church was jealous that a faction of Jews started compiling it. It's not like God came down and told anyone to do anything of the like. And then many books were cast aside and disreguarded as scripture. It's quite obvious you haven't even read the old testament, because it has prophecies that such a book would come. You got nothing.

  • @LDS4Life71 I have actualy read the old testimont. Born again christians are not a lie. Everyone sins and noone is without flaw (all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of god) but the book of morman directly contridicts the bible. The book of mormon is clearly racist in the following passages: 1 nephi 5 21-24, Jacob 3:5 1 nephi 11;13 and many more. The mormon book also states that jesus was born in jerusalem (Alma 7;10. The bible says that jesus was born in bethlehem.

  • @ChasesAppReviews The book of Mormon only says that Jesus was born in the land of Jeruselem. Bethlehem is 6 miles away and a suburb of Jeruselem. The the early Maya, they knew their decendants came by ship across the pacific, and that they were visited by a white bearded God, and the book of Mormon is the true account, and it even bore witness that the Maya codices would be destroyed, and they were.

Evangelicals are a 50 year old joke, and skapegoat of the truth.

  • @ChasesAppReviews btw mr lying evangelical, Jim Jones was evangelical.

  • @ChasesAppReviews Oh yeah so was David Koresh was Evangelical nutjob NOT BORN AGAIN!

  • @ChasesAppReviews The book of Mormon states that Jesus is born in the lands of Jerusalem where they came from. It doesn't say he was born IN Jerusalem.

  • @ChasesAppReviews Born again christians are living a lie, and not born again. They still have only built a foundatiion on a the sand like the fool. Matt. 7.

  • @LDS4Life71 I have a very real relationship with christ. A born again christian has a personal relationship with christ, that is the differance. I have a very real father-son relationship with christ. I talk to the lord every day and always get a responce, but it isnt always what i want. I have a very real relationship with christ becaus i am born again and neither you or satan himself can tell me it isnt real or deny me that.

  • @ChasesAppReviews I'm sorry, but you pretend to know us, but you don't. Until you read the book of Mormon cover to cover, you won't. Tell you what. I won't deny you that if you leave us alone, because it's unchristian comments of hate that hurt the spirit of truth and wisdom. do YOU disagree?

  • @LDS4Life71 i respectfully say that idisagreefrom the mromonbeliefs. christianity is based on the bible ( has many coppies of the origional docments and other documents to back it up) while joseph smith didnt let nayone see the golden plates, so this brings into question weather or not they even existed. It isnt really worth either of our time to argue so lets just agree to disagree

  • @ChasesAppReviews The golden plates were seen and held and examined by 11 people who witnessed the truth, and died knowing that it was still true even after several were excomunicated, yet they still held to their eternal souls too much to deny the Book of Mormon. It just shows that you're either misinformed or just plain lying. which isit?

  • @LDS4Life71 Id like to be able to have a mature convorsation without being called a liar. This is what i have been told by my mormon friends and their parents and some of this information i have gotten from the bible itself. The book of mormon teaches that we become god if we die. Therefor we have gone from a monotheistic christian faith to a plytheistic cult. The bible teaches their is one god in all the universe. and we will never be equal to him.

  • @ChasesAppReviews The bible teaches it also. the earliest of Jews, and the early old testament prophets were all polytheistic. It was the Babylonian captivity and the destruction of Solomon's temple that the jews shifted to henotheistic, and then to monotheistic, but Moses, and Abraham were polytheist as are the true sons and daughters of the house of Israel which I might add you are not.

The God of the universe? You don't yet even know him.

  • @LDS4Life71 Polytheist? I think not. Henotheistic? sure. But polytheism is the worship of many gods, which is clearly condemned in many places in scripture. I am also LDS and I can't fathom how you say we are polytheist, we do not worship many gods. We worship one God our father.

  • @TheJerome1232 well said.

  • @ChasesAppReviews We are not Polytheistic, were are probably best described as Henotheistic. We worship the one true and living god, not many gods. When a son becomes a father, it in no way makes him his own fathers equal, just as if we became gods, it doesn't make us our Gods equal.

  • @TheJerome1232 yes but if our god was once human, does that not make him lower than his father? adn that father lower than his father? Why would we not worship the origional creator of ALL things instead of a mere descendant that only created a small portion of reality?

  • @ChasesAppReviews . Although it's a common belief among LDS that God was once a man (indeed a few prophets have made comments alluding/stating that) it is not official doctrine, so delving into that is really just theory and musings based on statements, scripture, and the laws of nature.

In my mind there would be no original creator. It would be an eternal cycle. Eternity is difficult to fathom, yet so is a beginning and an end to all things, eternity makes more sense to me.

  • @TheJerome1232 But how can mormons believe different things about eternity than prodestant christians and eachother, i dont know it just kind of seems like something people should have a firm foundation on as a congrigtion. Its nice to finaly have a mature conversation with someone about this without either one of us getting worked up or offended.

  • @ChasesAppReviews Psalm 85:10-11

New King James Version (NKJV) 10 Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed.

11 Truth shall spring out of the earth, And righteousness shall look down from heaven.

A revelation for the book of mormon. Tell me, ignoramus, how does this scripture apply to your false religion?

"out of the earth." You guys think your three headed trinitarian anthropomorphic goo jebus came from the ground?

  • @ChasesAppReviews This shows your ignorance of the origins of the bible, You stance is eerily similar to the scribes, pharisees, and sadducees of Jesus' day. The Old Testament was compiled in the 5th century BC, the New Testament was ADDED to it later around 240 AD, it came to it's (mostly) current form about 350 AD. The verse you are referring to, is speaking explicitly about the Book of Revelation, not the Bible as a whole.

  • @The "There arrived in this land a man whom they called Quetzacoatl... His countenance was white and he wore a beard. His manner of dress consisted of a long white robe... He was considered just, saintly, and good, teaching them by deeds and words the road to virtue... He gave them laws and sane doctrine... He said that in the year that would be called Ce Acatl, He would return and then His doctrine would be accepted, and his children Lords and heirs of the earth."

    -Ixtlilxochitl, 1600AD

  • @LDS4Life71 As interesting as the legend of Quetzacoatl and it's parrallel to Jesus coming to the Americas as told in the BofM, I'm not sure how it is relevant to a discussion about whether it's okay to add to scripture or not.

  • This video says absolutely NOTHING! How do you defend absurd shit with more absurd shit? "The bible is true because look, the bible says..." What do you have besides the bible to show any reason why we shouldn't call you insane?

  • @minitzonthesun Wow you really convinced me. You must be proud of yourself. You can change the whole world into thinking just like you do.

  • @LDS4Life71 Wow thank you! I'm glad your mushy little primate brains were that easy to manipulate!

  • @minitzonthesun LOL (sarcasm) Uh huh! that's it! LOL

  • geezus h Christ!!!!! Mormon's are some stupid rocks.

  • Sounds like propaganda. The maker of the vid calls criticism of mormons "amusing". Are you mad?

  • The FLDS is in no way associated with the LATTER DAY SAINTS

  • @Aldensmawmaw Both believe in the book of Mormon , Joseph Smith, hebrew Indians and God lives on Kolob and both claim gods spiritual witness.

  • @kramd1 Can you explain how magnets work?

  • I feel so sorry for people that have such negative mean attitudes, you guys should try to clean your own closets out before you talk about what's in someone else's.you know nothing about the faith, maybe you should call the missionaries so they can teach you oh and by the way, a cult is a group of people that wants to keep it's members in the dark about things that would make them believe different , the LDS wants you to ask questions and learn and be curious about other faiths .the FLDS is in

  • @Aldensmawmaw Stop lying.

  • Yeah, Jesus was never "Mainstream" ... he was an indie-pop kinda guy.

Nothing 'mainstream Christian' about this big crazy cult, with the magic undies.

  • Mainstream? So mormons are...hipster Christians!!! Makes sense now!!!

  • Dont forget get assigned a 16 yo wife because it is gods will. Oh wait those arent really mormons...the just just used to accept it. :-/

  • @ernestov Thats a different type of mormonism, an unethical type. Real mormons dont do that.

  • I want to be a mormon so i can have 12 hot wives to fuck all the time..

  • im not married and im not a virgin!!!!!!!!!!!!hahah what happens now??????

  • Do you guys kill the sheep that are raped by young Mormon boys in southern Utah? You should. The Bible tells you so. And why are there any gay people in Salt Lake City? Aren't you supposed to run them out?

  • Even Mormon scholars agree that Psalm 82:6 does not mean we are Gods like the Trinity is God. It means "divinely appointed judges." If we can all be like god, that god is not holy or set apart. He is not special, no different than any of us and therefore unworthy of praise and worship. Your own beliefs prove that you are not following the Bible.

  • @kfed1991 yeah and this is coming from a user name kfed?...figures

  • @getdownto311 It's a combination of my first and last names. The fact that it is the same nickname used by a washed up back up dancer is not my fault. Also, when you begin making retorts like the one you just made, it tells me that you have no logical and legitimate counter.... figures.

  • this video uses the worst segments of the bible to prove things better said by other segments. jeez. it just proves how little you know about the bible

  • @guineapiggyman "worst segments of the bible" So that part of "God's word" you just ignore then huh?

  • Every mormon belief you try to match with the bible does not fit.Christians do not need a priesthood or temples since christ because the bible says he is our high priest. And Jesus said that in the afterlife there will be no marriage that people will be like angels.Nice try .

  • I'm not here to argue. I'm not attacking anyone's beliefs. That said, none of those Bible verses actually explain those beliefs. If you gave someone a Bible, that is not the meaning they would take from it. It looks partially convincing when you're given the belief than the supposed 'evidence', but it's not. You seem to be trying to sell your ideals. And anyone who can't just let their ideas speak for themselves I won't be sold by. Sorry. I'm a Christian and this video tries to peg a stereotype

  • I love the music at the beginning tho.

  • Of course Mormons aren't Christians because they believe in wierd stuff and are rasist against Asians blacks and the rest who aren't white!

  • @MoviesFromBuds Hey, you want to know something funny? When I was in choir a few years ago, we were watching the Mormon Tabernacle Choir singing a song that we were going to learn. Anyways, we decided to play the game Find the Black Guy. We looked everywhere, and finally someone yelled out there he is. And, to everyone's amusement, there he was at the most bottom right corner. I agree. Mormons are racist assholes.

  • @MoviesFromBuds Stop lying about us. You are the racist. I married and asian, and my church is service is a mix of all races. You better grow up, and stop lying about us.

Brigham Young said you should be put to death for race mixing. Not a lie, just facts. I guess your wife can still make it to heaven as a slave, but you seem to be out of luck.

  • @bosshog7169 Brigham was a man of his day. Every protestant church in his day practiced segregation of the races. The protestants were notorious for it. Joseph Smith however gave one of his horses to a black man in order to go buy his freedom from slavery. not the works of a bigot if you asked me. Also the Missourians hated Mormons because they were abolishinist and against slavery. hmmmm racist?

How come Gladys Knight and her whole family converted to LDS church of Christ?

  • @LDS4Life71

Hitler was a man of his time too. What kind of argument is that? If every other religion jumped off a bridge would you too? Probably I guess. The thing is the mormons were more blatant with their racism, with Brigham Young and other leaders regularly saying nigger and describing them as cursed.

  • @bosshog7169 ...and he doeth nothing save it be plain unto the children of men; and he inviteth them all to come unto him and partake of his goodness; and he denieth none that come unto him, black and white, bond and free, male and female; and he remembereth the heathen; and all are alike unto God, both Jew and Gentile.

    Get out of your racism

  • @bosshog7169 Not even once, you are not telling the truth.

  • @LDS4Life71

Do you really need me to link you to these facts that most people know? It might be worth it to enlighten a brainwashed cult movie. Brigham Young was a racist and Joseph smith was a con man. Intelligent historians all agree on these facts.

  • @bosshog7169 Oh you think they are intelligent? Ignorance doesn't equate intelligence, son. The liars about Joseph Smith will soon be revealed, and that Perdition was behind the whole thing. It was Perdition that influenced the Tanners, and Smith's nephew to say what he said. I have heard all the lies, and I won't be deterred. I have studied Joe my whole life, and I am born under the covenant, and I built my foundation on a rock, which is Christ, and not the sand as you have.

  • @LDS4Life71

What is every historian ignorant of? Try to use your brain and logic and not be so scared to open your mind. If Santa Clause threatened to send you to hell would you still believe in him to. Just one use of logic can prove Joseph Smith was a con man. Do you not believe in DNA testing, because that can conclusively rove native americans are not a lost tribe of israel. That's just the tip of the ice berg though

  • @bosshog7169 Santa is basically a product of the 1800's, and so it's not a good analogy for a 2thousand year old history about a man that died and rose from the dead and shown himself to many. I'm talking bout God the Son Jesus Christ, the great I am.

  • @LDS4Life71

Joseph Smith was a product of the 1800's too. I respect him greatly as one of the best con men to ever live, but I feel sad for people who almost 200 years later still believe his lies. While all religions can be a bit silly, mormonism is so ridiculous because it is such a young religion and so many of its claims can be easily disproven.

  • @bosshog7169 The bible says the religion would be restored, hence a young religion. You don't have any stubstance. The church is as large as there are Jews in the world today.

  • @LDS4Life71

HAHA youtube is hilarious. I just realized I was talking to someone who is insane. If you are under the impression there are more mormons than jews (not to mention that you cite fairy tales and mythology as facts) then there is no reasoning with you.

  • @bosshog7169 Good I hope you'll leave us alone and mind your own beezwax, because there is no reasoning with ignorant people like you. I said there are as many members as there are JEWS in the world today. Don't misconstrue what I said.

  • @LDS4Life71

Thats not true at all, not even close to as many mormons as jews, especially if you include all those "israeli native americans". HAHA!

  • @bosshog7169 HAHA! They aren't Jewish. They aren't seed of Judah. But they are part of the house of israel.

  • @LDS4Life71

How can you say that when DNA testing shows there is no connection between them and Israel? Do you not believe in DNA testing either? I'm glad you stopped trying to argue there are as many mormons as jews at least

  • @bosshog7169 90% were killed as people were exposed to the europeans who brought small pox. DNA is not a good test no. A small population of testies about 3% have shown DNA from middle eastern. The analysis is inconclusive. There will still man that did migrate over the land bridge, and intermixed, but the MAYA was influenced, and part of another migratory group.

  • @LDS4Life71

Unfortunately thats just not true according to every scientist and historian, aside from those funded by the Mormon church. I guess if you'll believe Joseph Smith's bit about reading tablets out of a hat and not letting anyone else see them and all that nonsense, you'll buy anything though.

  • @bosshog7169 I guess you're just too moronic to accept the truth. I'll buy that.

  • @bosshog7169 Like I said DNA is not a good litmus test for the the geneology of the native americans since too many were killed when small pox was introduced.

  • @LDS4Life71

What about the fact that none of the tools such as chariots, steel swords, etc./ animals such as cattle, swine, elephants/ huge cities filled with millions of people actually existed in pre Columbian US? There is no ruins from the cities, no archeology to support any of that. I guess archaeology, historical documents, or a basic understanding of human and animal evolution are bad litmus tests also?

  • @bosshog7169 Why you posting outdated info?

Dr. Dan Clark testified before US congress there is a plethora of geographical, linguistic, cultural, and many proofs showing that the ancient meso americans were inluenced by the Nephites in the BoM.

  • @bosshog7169 Dr. John Sorenson

An Ancient Setting for the Book of Mormon

shows clearly that there is a PLETHORA of evidences supporting the book of Mormon.

  • @bosshog7169 You can google "Mounting Evidence for the Book of Mormon - Ensign Jan 2000," by Daniel E. Peterson. It's a scholarly article and includes info and references about Mesoamerica.

At the start, B. H. Roberts reminds us, “The power of the Holy Ghost…must ever be the chief source of evidence for the Book of Mormon. All other evidence is secondary.…No arrangement of evidence, however skillfully ordered; no argument, however adroitly made, can ever take its place.”

  • @LDS4Life71

You are citing mormon funded scholars who are not respected and are laughed at by the scientific community at large. There is no evidence that exists for any of this other than lies by church members. If Joseph Smith talked to God to produce his writings from magic gold plates, why then when that lady stole them could he not reproduce them as was requested of him? Let go of blind faith, it is the most dangerous thing in the world and we need to move past this into an age of reason

  • @LDS4Life71 BULLSHIT>

  • @bosshog7169 You do know that your DNA can be completely corrupted and changed over a thousand years.... right? So in that sense... The indians could very well be ancestors.

  • @yofavcracka

No I dont know that because its not true according to every scientist who isn't payed for by the Mormon mythology cult. Scientists around the world have proven Mormonism is false in several ways, but it doesn't take more than a speck of insight to see Jo Smith was a con man. I wish it were so easy for science to disprove other religions, but Joesph Smith was the only founder stupid enough to offer up clear things in recent history that could easily be seen to be false.

  • @bosshog7169 Looks like you need to do some more research my friend.

  • @yofavcracka

Happy to. Could you point me to a single scientist who is not funded by the Mormon church that supports your claims?

  • @bosshog7169 So, being funded by the church to defend its stance means they lie? That's retarded.

  • @yofavcracka

I suffer from no retardation. There is a huge scientific community out there and the overwhelming majority of them are not morons, i mean mormons. All I ask is that you find one scientist who is not Mormon to support your claims. Shouldn't be too difficult unless you are completely wrong and have based your life on the lies of a con man, which is a sad fact but i'm trying to help you wake up

  • @bosshog7169 ok, find one scientist that's not christian to PROVE to me that we all came from Noah's children, let alone Adam and Eve.

  • @yofavcracka

We evolvedfrom single celled organisms, eventually becoming primates, and then into the humans of today. Why would I find a scientist to prove anything about the fictional characters you just mentioned? That's like replying with a demand to find a scientist to prove that Bugs Bunny like carrots. Grow up. Santa Clause isn't real either by the way.

  • @bosshog7169 Please prove that every living thing on the planet came from a single celled organism when its scientific fact that a cell can only be replicated from an already living cell.

  • @yofavcracka

I am not going to explain the entire theory of evolution to you. Look it up, there's literally thousands of pages of research on it by the top scientists in the field who can explain better than me. It is the most likely explanation for how humans came to be where we are biologically, far more likely and accurate than some poorly written fairy tale from thousands of years ago

  • @yofavcracka Because genes fucking mutate from one generation to the next, dumbshit.

  • I do not know of 1 Christian doctrine that Mormons believe, without 1st tampering with the meanings of the words, or plain tampering with the doctrine all together. Mormonism does not teach grace is an unearned gift of God Romans 6:23 Romans 11:6 Ephesians 2:8-10, they do not even display, the cross First Corinthians 1:17-30. They do not believe in a literal beginning, or that God literally created anything Genesis 1:1 Hebrews 11:1-3 they believe the elements & men always exsted D&C 93:29,33.

  • Mormons also believe they existed in hevean before earth and that there was war in hevan but if God is all powerful he could have prevented it, right? Mormons you have just been powned thanks Oh and jereimaiah 1:5 is referring to how "god" Is all knowing dumbass it isnt saying that people existed in hevan before creation. Im not even a christian and Im smarter than you haha

  • @MarshallC3media Heaven* And the reason the Father did not prevent the war is that He gave us all free will. Also, there is no need for curse words :)

  • @Babydoll3Love Haha I forgot mormons also feel the need to spell check me... thanks. By the way You believe in some story from a guy tripping on acid.... in the words of south park "joseph smith was a mormon dum dum dum dum dum"

  • @MarshallC3media No problem :) Sometimes you just don't have time to spell-check, you know?

  • @MarshallC3media "This Church is true. It will weather every storm that beats against it. It will outlast every critic who rises to mock it. It was established by God our Eternal Father for the blessing of His sons and daughters of all generations. It carries the name of Him who stands as its head, even the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. It is governed and moves by the power of the priesthood. It sends forth to the world another witness of the divinity of the Lord. "

    -Hinkley

  • @LDS4Life71 This is what I hear "blah blah blah blah lies blah blah blah"

  • @MarshallC3media It's what you are. Blah blah blah blah.

  • Mormons also believe they existed in hevean before earth and that there was war in hevan but if God is all powerful he could have prevented it, right? Mormons you have just been powned thanks

  • @MarshallC3media Get over yourself. The Latter Day Saints is the church that Jesus Christ restored thru prophets and apostles. You got nothing, but false pretenses, and are not born again, and not a true christian. Just like it says in Matt. 7 that many shall have cried LORD LORD.

  • Okay what movie is this song from? I want to say BraveHeart. Did they call Christianity diluded? Ironic...sense thats what they claim to be. You can't attack Christianity, saying their diluded and then say you believe in the Bible. Without Christianity...Mormons wouldnt have a religion. Besides what does it matter? The LDS Church believes that all will be made right and everyone will be in the Family of Christ...so Christian are going to heaven too!! And so is everyone else apartently...PARTY!

  • Jesus said, "Blessed are ye when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake; rejoice and be exceeding glad... for so persecuted they the Prophets..." Now, dear brethren, if any men had reason to claim this promise, we are the men; we know that the world not only hates us, but they speak all manner of evil of us falsely, for no other reason than we have been teaching the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ." Josep smith
