No effect at all, why would it. It will make your bike start faster, much better spark than points and reliability is there now. It doesnt rev more, nothing just improves the points I just said and no more garbage points.
Hi! How did the Power Dynamo affect the motor caracteritics? Does it have the same torqe, or does it need more revs than before you added the Powerdynamo?
I have the exact same bike (NZ 350 - 1943), that's why i'm wondering :-)
Since my bike have a charging problem, I am considering Powerdynamo. But I am a bit skeptical to how the motor caracterestics may change.
