this year i caught a 19 inch rainbow out of the same water as Fountain Springs and Twin Bridges and love the area but recently have met a pretty young lady that loves to fish and she has asked me to find some spots as well. we are buying some new equipment this year and would love to use it on some brooks or browns!!
also found a few honey holes that yielded what looked to be natural trout, wnated to know if anyone knows of such water in iowa that might be plentiful and have fine fishing areas?
im from cedar rapids, iowa and have been going to fountain springs for years until the floods of 08 took it all out and wiped twinn bridges out as well. ive gone to spring branch along time ago but dont remember some of the names of the other handful of streams around.
