Direct foreign investment in China increased by about 15% in 2011, so their markets are just as open as your own. Further more the commodity trading markets which have been primarily designed by western countries are running a muck with commodity prices. It is fair to say china's neoliberal approach to economics is very fair as they offer high performance per dollar goods, and have a more grand design for market synergies.
